@vRozenSch00n and when I login iLO to use remote control, the webpage show this:" The Integrated Remote Console is unavailable, it is already in use by a different client."
Well, I guess you have to wait for paul.
@ourvps what is your ticket # and your registered email address (PM me)
@MarkTurner Thanks for the prompt support form help desk keep up the good work and rebuild a good reputation, man.
@MarkTurner PMed,thanks for your help, but I think you should improve your ticket's response time.hope you rebuild a good reputation.
@qps @ckm_2 - Here are some interesting results - I have disabled connectivity via Cogent into our Atlanta DC (shutdown the BGP session with them).
Datashack just doubled performance 25MBps, Hostus/QPS remains the same 11.2MBps
Datashack uses Wholesale Internet who in turn uses Cogent and Hurricane Electric who the most cheap and nasty of all the providers. QPS is using Cogent and WV Fibre aka Broadband One.
Waiting for feedback from Cogent on whether there is an issue.
I'll leave Cogent down for now until we hear what is happening with them
Reviews looks good will give them try soon.
@MarkTurner Still uses Cogent. Cogent should be very fast since we're in the same building.

Do you have access to a bgp speaker on your network - can you send me your routes to 199.233.244.0/22
You're just downstairs I should just have a fibre dropped down our riser to you, we could end this with a 10GE. We are literally directly above Cyberwurx.

They need to adjust the way your prefixes are announced if you want the traffic to travel over another network.
I doubt there's enough traffic to justify a 10GE interface. If you want to do a 1G interface, we'd be open to it.
@qps - the key is 36820 - Tulix! They appear to be announcing more than just the IP space we are leasing from them. I'll cure that in a moment then you should avoid Cogent altogether.
If you want to interconnect then mail me and we'll co-ordinate something directly.
@ckm_2 there you go, once Cogent is stripped out on all fronts, everything is fine:
wget -O /dev/null http://atl-lg.hostus.us/1GB.test
] 1,073,741,824 91.3M/s in 11s
2013-12-20 11:10:03 (94.2 MB/s) - `/dev/null' saved [1073741824/1073741824]
Cogent is always the problem...
I suspect it wasn't a Cogent problem, but a Tulip/Tulix problem.
@qps - our direct GE into Cogent showed the issue, when I closed that down, the same issue appeared via Tulix. Stop the announcement of those routes via Tulix and retest - problem gone. Now traffic between us is going from you to Cogent to Abovenet to us.
There is definitely something wrong at Cogent, you are on a different Cogent router to us but Tulix appears to be on the same as us. Both connections have the same performance problem, the only common element is that one Cogent router.
Pulling files from Cogent's mirror - mirror.cogentco.com was faster by everyone else other than Cogent direct.
@mcmyhost - I totally agree. Spent too many hours over the past few years debugging spurious performance issue to find Cogent somewhere in the loop. Its crappy network thats why we have so many prepends on those routes - its the route of absolutely last resort (unless the other end is also a Cogent customer)
I would contact Cogent support. They are very good about clearing things up, especially since 55 Marietta is their main POP for Atlanta.
Actually, it's going through our BroadbandOne connection to Abovenet.
I disagree. Cogent is much better than some of the other options out there. They have some great routes, especially when you consider how inexpensive they are.
@MarkTurner
now it seems the route from ChinaUnicom(AS4837) to delimiter has changed from sprint & above to ALTER & Above, more faster than before, I wish the route can keep this, lol
ordered a BL460C just now, and waiting setup, hope it will not delay because the upcoming weekend
@qps - We differ on opinions with Cogent. I had them in 11-12 locations and neverending problems. I would honestly prefer to see them gone.
@hotsnow - over Christmas you will see our HK network connect to US (Los Angeles) and early in the new year we will complete the route LA -> Phoenix -> Atlanta. At which point you will be able to enjoy our direct connectivity from HK into China Telecom and China Unicom. As you've probably found connecting to China Telecom in LA is horrifically slow so we have avoided that.
I'll add that our speed test files are on a 1Gbps port, and can reach over 100MB/s. I've looked at our speed test server and checked the bandwidth on it and routes over cogent are getting 95MB/s+
@AlexanderM - as I said earlier to QPS (your upstream) - I think it is an issue on Cogent's router in Atlanta.
@MarkTurner
still waiting my server, will the normal deploy be delayed during this weekend? and I wanna ask a question, with BL460C, how many ipv6 addresses can we request? I wonder if you can assign a /64, thanks
@hotsnow PM me your email so I can check the status.
PMed, thank you sir
@hotsnow You only ordered it today! I'd expect Tuesday for delivery as they quote 1-3 working days.
no problem, I only wanna ask whether the normal deploy will be delayed during this weekend, thanks.
my friend have more lucky, he ordered 1 yesterday, and got it after several hours, lol
@hotsnow its technically 3 working days from order, so assuming they approved your order today then 1-Monday, 2-Tuesday, 3-Wednesday. As Wednesday is Christmas day, I expect they will try to complete all orders on Tuesday.
with BL460C, how many ipv6 addresses can we request? I wonder if you can assign a /64, thanks
You will need to talk to delimiter on this. You can get IPv6 but its painfully slow to get allocations due to the way things are setup.
Ran 2 tests after they swapped my HDD
