I may be wrong, but from what I understand provisioning is delayed by couriers and data centers. Transfers wound be purely on support, because there is nothing being transferred, as in no data or service active.
Refunded stock should be released as Flash Sale. That would be nice.
and no time to refund Mr. JJ JJ![:D :D](https://lowendtalk.com/resources/emoji/lol.png)
Is there anyone else who is yet to get the Stockholm Storage vps provisioned?
I have seen a few YABS so host hatch appear to be working on it (among other locations). But the moving targets for deadlines are perplexing
Been waiting on for the Stockholm boxes me ordered last year around Black Friday...
Waiting on Stockholm Flash 1TB Storage.
It would have been awesome if I could pair it with existing 2020 BF 8GB/30$ NVMe VPS
You should be able to
I meant I wished if it was the Los Angles location for the storage too. Latency is gonna be the pain point.
Not sure, if traffic internally between different regions is calculated towards bandwidth quota per month
There's no "internally" between different regions.
They're working on it atm i guess
Received my Amsterdam storage VPS on 31st December.
When can I expect Austria VPS? @hosthatch
Still waiting on a couple of STO storage VPS here if that helps...
Just got the mail, my STO storage 1TB has been provisioned
Likewise
“ Thanks for your Black Friday 2021 pre-order.
Your server is now (almost) ready. Please log in to cloud.hosthatch.com to view it.”
Yadaa yadaa
Probably not the best place to ask, but I'm personally looking if someone is willing to let go out of one of their Hong Kong servers.
Either from this Black Friday sale, or from past ones, or whatever. Even if transfer fee needs to be paid, but then I don't know if I'll be able to achieve that relatively soon, lol.
But then, who knows?
Hello, is your server's network working? Mine seems not connect.
That's promising!
I was thinking last night if they were having trouble with their new control panel, hence the delays. But it looks like they're good to go.
ditto - it connects via VNC - but not from putty.
Also, the new server shows as "unknown" on manage.hosthatch.com vs "onliine" at cloud.hosthatch.com (guess cloud is where all servers will be migrated to)
Does the root password shown in the panel work for you?
Even changing it doesn't work, still can't connect
there is no relation of root password and no connection...
I am unable to connect - let alone put a password
did you try putting in a ticket?
the server is available however I can’t connect as the password is incorrect
only paypal dispute works
Yes, I tried to config with dhcp and static ip(gateway), neither is working, already put a ticket.
Even changing it doesn't work, still can't connect
Mine is working, in the vm creation mail they say the root password reset feature is not available at the moment.
Nice
Initial root password - doesn’t work
Downloading custom iso - doesn’t work
Resetting root password - doesn’t work
That seems to be a temporary problem. The one server I got like 2 weeks ago worked flawlessly. It's shown on cloud as expected and on manage as unknown. Open a ticket and wait.
In addition, if you read the message when logging in on cloud.hosthatch.com you know that it's intended + the mail that says that some things are not working by now.
pp
paypal?
No, I'll keep it.
But it still sucks, took 2 weeks longer to provision, no IPv6 yet and the panel doesn't work at all...
i was just kidding with you man.
i would reinstall , connect to vnc,
poweroff / on
leave it some minutes , then open a support ticket and give it time
hopefully works for you.
