Now I'm sad I paid more and got less… :/ But that's lowendtalk life.

don't be, it's still value anyway. the flash sales were rather unpredictable and not everyone could grab everything or even wait for it all the time...

2TB STO is online. Just received an email from HH.

Holy fuck. It came with AMD processor. Thank you HH 😀

    It's 1st gen. Can't say it's superior than Intel.

I heard that JP has to wait until January 15th to activate, really?

Tokyo only or all APAC? Where did you hear that from?

    Love this!

    What did you order?

I'm sure some people here would be happy to take transfer of your server and at the same time the provider will be happy to see you go.

Would you be interested in refund by someone who is not HH for the product you ordered? You have to share details of what you ordered.

Actually he is right. If the product was not delivered in advertised time, then customer is entitled for refund.

  • @wimoson So what is the problem now? You didn’t like the support reply. Just open a ticket for a refund I see this provider is not a good fit for each other.

Yes, then he should be sharing more details about this.

God knows what's being discussed between them, HH and this user/customer.

Please do not cancel. Perhaps the provider can transfer the service/undelivered service to another account if you cant wait. Open a ticket. And share details of your ordered product here. I am certain provider would rather have a paying customer than refunds. Many, including me, will be interested in storage VPS (especially in AMS and STO)

It's irrelevant. I do not want more drama. It's a private support ticket, not LET support ticket. All I say is that a customer with undelivered service is entitled for refund. If refund is not granted without any repercussions, then provider is at fault simply because they broke their own words in the first place.

  • The problem now is that my ticket has not been answered, and the refund application has not been approved! So what supplier is this? >>>>Rubbish

Yes I agree, and the process is clear, as mentioned here.

If the user feels his/her server deployment/provisioning is delayed, then just open a ticket, quoting what was said by the provider here and let things take its course.

  • Where do you all manage your servers? cloud.hosthatch.com or manage.hosthatch.com? For me its manage.hosthatch.com. I did get my server alright but all the latest Linux OS aren't available in the template list. Hosthatch said "possibility is they will be available in late January". I guess I will have to idle my server till then as I need Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
