Every year, I send "Dear Santa..." letters to my MXroute email and wait for a package from abroad.
Based on the service quality over the past three years, I don't think they don't care. So it must be that they don't read our emails.

I can give an easy and honest answer to that. I like to watch my kids eat more than I like to look at your dick pics. I'm not willing to risk the former for the latter. This is my career, not a hobby. Also if you're overly concerned there's a chance you might attract feds and please don't, I'm an activist myself but I like to compartmentalize.

How can you trust a big provider, let's Microsoft or Google, to not scan you emails? You bet they do, looking for traces of illegal activities and profiling your interests to ad-target you. Jar doesn't (correct me if I'm wrong). On the other hand, if you're suggesting your level of trust grows on par with the service price, then grab a regular plan instead of the black friday offers.

I cannot. Storage prices went up this year instead of down. I still think my regular prices are quite competitive given the quality of our outbound system and the effort that goes into maintaining all of it.

I think what you'd consider decent/normal in this case would be something more custom. Currently the inbound system being a moderately modified DirectAdmin setup, it does the job and I'm always improving the filtering with custom rules (most users have reported huge drops in inbound spam), but it doesn't compete on UX with some other services.
Significant changes there will come when development is funded out of direct revenue. Hard to say when that'll be but definitely not "never."
Though, I'd like to note that while I and many others would like a lot of things, remember that Gsuite is often considered normal which doesn't have much in the way of customization for spam filters, reporting, etc. If we call Microsoft normal then it's even normal to silently drop email and not even admit it to paying customers. I have a history of self deprecation so I need to speak up more about how what I wish was better, even if not within my development ability at this time, isn't always a deal breaker elsewhere. I need to work on not downplaying the value of what I can do, and do every day.
Just offer spamexperts inbound filtering as an addon. That will suffice.
@jar very good person, One of my wordpress site was causing some spam email. He understood my issue and He blocked my service of mailbox and immediately stepped forward to help me out. Though later I was able to find the problem and fixed it but was using another SMTP gateway. Though after that day I did not used mxroute for 9 months of my subs. but I will get back using it again soon as I renewed. So maxroute is on good hand and that is Jar.

Picked up a mistake 2020 Black Friday on 04/21 and it's been smooth sailing ever since. If I wasn't such a lazy-bones, I'd probably migrate all of my stuff over. @jar is always on top of things and I love the care and commitment that goes into MXRoute. I'm sure people are sick of seeing endorsements but it's dummy thicc cheap for what you're getting and hard to come by without just hosting email yourself (which I won't do again...).

i have been using mxroute since 2019 , And i had 2 services , DA reseller 50 GB and BF2019 Medium . i cancelled the reseller plan now just have BF2019 for 10 USD.
i created a ticket but its not going through for some reason. so wanted like a 5 days time for renewal on 1st December as i will get my payment 2nd week of December 2021

Tickets should be fine now but you can email it in if needed, check the first post here for the address. If can pay late though it's fine, suspension is 3 months past due if I get to it.
