Why don't you cancel them in the panel ?
The more proper way to cancel a service is clicking on the "Request Cancellation" button, then state that you want to cancel it by end of the term
That requires common sense though.
No he doesn't want to pay any more sense.
There is no option, FAT32 ...
That's exactly why I asked.
I thought they were disabled due to billing instabilities.
But I am grateful to friends who suggest that I lack common sense.
Wait... this button doesn't exists? Would like to see a screenshot
Flash sale seems not able to refund... even my server doen't work for 1 day after paid..
You forgot, "how else will I be able to upgrade my $16 servers to $15 servers?"
@seoboy you should have a red button like this, especially if they are active provisioned services from prior years...

Virmach: If you're a bot, poke yourself in the eye.
People: So I just poked myself in the eye. Where's my server?
The geographic distribution of yoursunny.com readers says I have to keep the main website server in west coast USA.
My other websites have significantly fewer readers in China, but they are mostly on GitHub Pages or Netlify, so I don't need servers for those.
Repository servers for push-up videos can be anywhere in the world, but they need more than 10GB storage.
Just login to your control panel and cancel it from there. it's that simple and the best way to do it.
x265 480p. How much detail do you need in pushup videos anyway?!
@FAT32
Pages are unable to load ...
Connection Timed Out After 90001 Milliseconds
@randomq
it is, but it does not appear here, it does not load the Manage Product block.
I can only access the service through the solusvm panel and view the open invoice by whmcs. = /
It is not about refund... but cancelling previous services
If it is from 2019 but with connection timed out, then should be caused by migration issue as mentioned by VirMach previously...
I have x264 and VP9, in 360p 480p 720p. If you see x265, it's not my site.
Eventually I want 4K UHD content, because why not.
Push-ups solve all the problems, except the problem of how to deliver push-up videos efficiently.
Currently I'm encoding & serving from Oracle Cloud Tokyo and I only get 360p in Maryland.
I plan to setup a replica in USA, after I figure out how to do replication in my LevelDB app.
The LAKVM27 node has been down for more than 4 hours, and the control panel cannot manage the server. @VirMach
Due to volume of pusshup videos being served to China.
2016 384 MB/9 GB and 384 MB/ 7 GB Deals.... 3 USD each and 2GB/5GB HD/2.93 TB BW each 11 USD.
idle...
but it’s so hard to cancel that I’ll think for a few more days if I stay or open a ticket to actually cancel since I can’t do it manually.

Even though it's rather badly maintained as (I believe?) @JabJab mentioned before, do check the Network Status page for the Node your services are on... If your host node has a problem, it's normal that billing server cannot access to it...
Also, talking about cancellation requests... It seems Virmach finally "cancelled" the services from earlier BF/CMs for which execution of cancellation requests were delayed by Virmach due to Billing Server problems earlier this month...
I noticed that too. @Virmach it would be great if they could also be removed from the Client Area.
Just curious, what are you going to use this for? I thought you didn't like idling your servers...
That was discussed earlier in the thread b/w
And after typing this, I've noticed you've thanked Virmach for his "maybe a few months to few years" answer... So it wasn't that you haven't seen that discussion but you wanted to +1, was it??
@VirMach What's going on with GERKVM6? The service cannot be managed because it is offline.
We have been, and the majority of orders are activated.
If your VPS doesn't work and you're sure it's not an issue on your end or an issue answered in the knowledgebase, then make a priority ticket for quicker resolution but please note you will be billed if it's something like "install my OS" or other things that you could have basically done on your end like clicking the reboot button or anything in the knowledgebase. Definitely don't make one for just the web VNC not working.
(edit) The above is for if you have an "active" service, do not do it for payment issues or pending.
You need to make a priority ticket to be migrated off to Amsterdam if yours is having issues like that.
NYKVM52 (HelpfulPink-VM) still can't bootable,already checking?
pending more than a week, who is the same me.
