Not in my experience. Some offers might be easter eggs but it's hard to tell which are. Also, no one has really confirmed the $10 easter eggs.

VirMach explained this a few pages ago. Some weirdo stuff in WHMCS at the millisecond level. But, if your card was charged and you didn't get your VM, rest assured you will be refunded.
