@VirMach Since you've upgraded: There've been rumors (and apparently WHMCS has confirmed the issue) about negative invoices being created by WHMCS 8 if special kinds of coupons are used in the order process. I won't go more into detail here, but you may want to check for invoices with negative totals...

Yes, we've had to deal with some of these. If we find it to be more widespread I guess a lot of people might be getting corrected bills in the coming month.

@Radi said: I have placed an order for the $4.95/year VPS, it took money from card but didn't generate anything in WHMCS - no invoice, no order email - nothing. I have sent a ticket. Should I wait for a VPS or a refund?

I believe I just answered your ticket.

The money wasn't taken from the card. New version of WHMCS likes to do authorization charges for absolutely no reason since it doesn't actually send back information for better anti-fraud. But it does it. So it's just a temporary charge.

I have replied to you. I forgot to specify that it didn't came from the card on file. Let's continue the story on the ticket.

If it's not the card on file then the other card didn't add so it's most definitely authorization, but I'll double check.

  • Bring back $4.95 1G kvm, I had to check 6 bicycles, while doing so, it went out of stock, not fair.

I think I didn't tell it to save the card
    I appreciate the effort.

  • Finally, I receive my $8.88/year promo, it was good.
Thank You Virmach! you did a good job fixing the client area.

Yeah guys sorry the webserver's trying to do some massive queries, I have to hunt this new one down and fix it. Don't expect the site to function normally for at least the next 30 minutes.

(Although the client area seems to be fine, this one's affecting the admin area more for whatever reason.)

It was fine until a couple minutes ago. I'm now getting 524 when trying to add funds.

Service details (https://billing.virmach.com/clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id=xxxxx) don't work for me (load until timeout). Maybe this helps...

  • Yep 524 going onto product details...

The server's at 400 load, I'm surprised it's even up. I'm trying to track this down guys, please allow some more time.

It's psychological. If people saw the previous sale be cheaper for more they get a little stubborn :)

Oh, and it's pretty high quantity available too. It should hopefully switch soon either way.
