My VM is got unreachable in the GERKVM1 node. Can You check it? :(
I can't access to it in the WHMCS also (to check the VM status, etc)
Sorry about my post/request. I know, understood this days are not easy..

    @titus
GERKVM6 as well... my guess is the problem is at Frankfurt Data Centre and not the servers/nodes itself... all we can do is wait I guess... so don't worry too much about not getting into WHMCS, not much you'll be able to do afaik

Those are with Serverhub. I don't want to get into it much but basically, we need to migrate you guys away ASAP.

Their payment gateway has been broken for a year after I reported it, and they recently deleted our account completely (randomly) after they did a WHMCS upgrade. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they're also working on half-way broken integration of Kayako/WHMCS for years and they pretty much ignore any ticket for hardware replacement or IP subnet issues (that have been ongoing for years.)

I'd recommend making a ticket though because there's an issue where they could just have broken the networking for your IP address and if it's that we wouldn't know.

Sorry for that... it's a shared hosting account and they seem to block certain regions by default. I'm looking into that.

lmao damn yall need to upgrade to a 10gbps 256gb gb 64 core epyc for your billing panel

    Not enough.

    • dual 128 core EPYC
    • 1TB RAM
    • 100Gbps network
    • rewrite the billing software in Go <== most important

    Not enough.

    • quad 128 core EPYC
    • 10 TB RAM
    • 1000Gbps network
    • rewrite the billing software in Assembly <== most important

Hmm, I messed up. There's no "128 core EPYC" in existence. The maximum is "64 cores, 128 threads". I mixed up "cores" and "threads".
I always advocate disabling hyper-threading. However, almost every KVM provider would call a thread "dedicated core".

Each EPYC processor supports up to 4TB RAM.
I can't find any server with quad EPYC sockets. AMD recommends single socket, although dual EPYC servers are commonly available.

1000Gbps network doesn't exist. The fastest today is 200Gbps, but an Ethernet adapter plus an optical transceiver would cost more than a Macbook Pro. I only played with 100Gbps.

As for assembly: it's a bad idea because you can't have dynamic memory allocation.

annoy the shit out of us tbh. People can click captcha few times if they want a deal.

It's just very very very..... slow. It does indeed work (to some extent), but they provision flash deals a few hours after purchase, so their system doesn't crash.

Just give it some time. :)
