Is there any chance of restocking Tokyo? Not Tokyo Equinix.

    How are they different?

    Tokyo Equinix doesn't have IPv6.

No ETA on IPv6, best I could do would be IPv6 NAT.

    @Neoon any bandwidth limits?

Well, the container has a 25Mbit uplink cap, you can max it out but not 24/7.
There is no specific limit, 100GB is fine or even a bit more.

Does this apply to all locations?
Because I'm planning to use the VM to host files (pictures, videos) for my personal website.

    25Mbit uplink cap is fine.
100GB monthly bandwidth probably is a little low.

No, 100Mbit is the default, some packages/locations are 200Mbit.
Depending on Package anywhere in-between 100GB and up to 5TB in Norway.

IPv6 NAT works for me if that's possible.

    Thank you very much.

I noticed that after deploying (an Arch Linux OS in Meppel), the SSH public key was not copied to /root/.authorized_keys, thus a manual copy via the browser may be needed. Hope it's my bad rather than a bug.

Fix is deployed, please lemme know if you run into this issue again.

If you apply over LET, you have to send a DM to be manually verified.
    I did update your quota.

Technically possible, however unlikely I will add the feature.
I expect the prefix be available soon.

Recently there has been made a change to Incus, which requires an additional device.
That by default isn't added, hence some virtual machines refuse to boot.

So far as of my knowledge, it only affects CentOS Stream on Meppel, which is our first Incus kvm node.
If you run into issues, please choose a different OS for now, until a fix is available.

    Patchnotes

    • Fixed an issue which would prevent some os templates from booting up successfully when deployed as KVM
There is still an issue though, with the Shell on these os templates, will resolve this later.

    • Added an option to reconfigure the network
If an IPv6 Prefix is changed or IPv6 connectivity is added, this will update the network configuration on the fly

    • Restocked Meppel

    Patchnotes

    • Upgrades are now available for LXC containers.
Downgrades will follow (LXC only), same for upgrades for KVM.

    • Containers that exceed the 50% usage cpu cap for more than 2 hours, will be rebooted automatically, this wasn't enabled before
You will get a bunch of emails as before, if your usage is below 50% its considered fine for now, however keep it reasonable.

    Patchnotes
    - Renamed Upgrade to Resize
    - Fixed a bug that won't list all packages when up/downgrading
    - Added Support for Downgrades on LXC containers
As long you have enough free disk space you can downgrade you container all the way to 64MB.

  • I think it might be a good idea to update the first post on the new locations.

  • I've noticed that I can still upgrade in areas with no stocks like Tokyo, is this normal? Or does it end up failing? I'm afraid to try. :#

Resize still works if a location is out of stock, that is correct.
However any request is still subject to be validated.

For example if there is enough free memory or disk available.
If either you have not enough quota, the node not enough memory or disk, the request will be not processed.

    Maintenance Announcement for Helsinki

There will be electrical maintenance today through 23:30 to 06:00 CET.
There will be 2 complete blackouts, and partial or most servers might be down for the period depending upon how much load the diesel generator can take.

Will post here, when the maintenance is done.

There was a raid failure on the Italy node, which made the file system read only.
