    @Jake4 then he should at least reply with such info. See, I got more useful reply from you and thank you for that. I'm a new member who wants to get my first VPS from them, so I had no idea their EU nodes are full.

    I know he said EU deals consist only 3% of total flash deals, but I already have Win VPS in US and it's a bit laggy, so would like to get one in EU.

    I am still getting "Virtual Server not found" even though the service is showing as "Active" and I got provision email with IP and SolusVM details.

    what can I say about them, their support isn't good and avoiding clearly answers on tickets. webchat didn't give even answer since more than a day. I got better and faster helps from this forum users. thanks you all. so I'll avoid from using their service then.
