    I am getting "Virtual server not found" on management screen even though it shows "ACTIVE" in service details and I got an welcome email with IP address and OS installation message. Is this normal?

    Just give it a bit time. The page seems to be at its limits.

    Shows up as cancelled now. must have timed out or something. These 5 minute windows are a joke with the load the billing server is under.

    Got to checkout and clicked paypal but it lead to a 504 error. Think the billing page is overloaded.

    @VirMach I'm not sure where you are right now or if you're in good condition after all that chaos, but just wanted to ask what happens to those who had their orders Pending and subsequently Cancelled (since the invoice was not paid because of the Cloudflare error)?
