Yes, I'm using Raid0 for this project because I needed speed. I do frequent backups so I'm not too worried about data loss ...will be backing this up to a Prometeus 100GB FTP-n-web account which is 0.3ms away. Drives are Corsair Force 3's.

Just got my order ;D Order No. 21472007
By the looks (going by hostnames) they've sold 34,626 kimsufis since they launched (so far) which is a fair amount..
Hi, just to clarify that we're not on prometeus datacenter. You see great latency because we peer with them at MIX (Italian exchange) and we're just 200meters aways from mix. We own our infratructure and had our network with AS49367
Thank you for your time
I don't think they're actually going in numerical order, but on the off chance they are my last server is a little under 2k deliveries away....
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm lead to believe that they moved to a 'first come, first serve' (FIFO) basis within the last week or so..
Just recieved my KS-16G, order number 21486079, placed on the 26th July.
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1225 V2 @ 3.20GHz
HDD: /dev/sda: TOSHIBA DT01ACA1 (931GiB (1TB))
HDD: /dev/sdb: TOSHIBA DT01ACA1 (931GiB (1TB))
I had not been following the news for one week and because of that ordered my mythical KS2G on Aug, 1st, my order number is 21649XXX. Does it mean that in the meantime they sold ~200k servers? Hell, it is not possible.
I wish someone sell their 2.99 eur to me :P since I'm not from Eu
Finally i got my KS2G a few minutes ago.
Not possible to sell them at all, not even mentioning to outside the EU.
@tommy hey, I asked first! XD
Maybe is possible tranfer unfinished order to under another account.
Oh I still haven't got it. So envy now.
@LukeT They've delivered orders out of numerical order since they stated that. xset's had one server delivered that had an order number at least 4k ahead of mine.
Chinese must not apply for.
I got my third ks2g a few mins ago
i hate you @xset
You make me a sad panda. Order number?
@nekki 214726xx I think they process in order of payment, not in order of order number
Just got my two dedicated servers
Yours is actually 1.3k ahead of mine. Fingers crossed for tomorrow maybe.
@Nekki don't hold your breath, it depends on luck a bit, my order has passed and I got it after 3 days
Got mine! xD order was 214724xx got a n2800
11 days and still nothing. I guess I get it around mid September.
I'm wondering if they would notice a small TOR relay on it. (5mbit/s or so)
I seem to remember the map of exit nodes had several OVH servers on it, so I bet you could probably get away with it.
With this:
RelayBandwidthRate 1 MB # Throttle traffic to 100KB/s (800Kbps)
RelayBandwidthBurst 2 MB # But allow bursts up to 200KB/s (1600Kbps)
Problem, I don't like the 1 strike out policy :P
Just got mine. Still patiently waiting for my 16G with RAID and mSP.
