IOMMU window should be 64MB or larger, but whoever set it to 1GB was just asking for odd memory holes.

Tried all values there, none would work...

I set mine to 256MB, and altered other stuff in there, but I don't remember what. Got Debian 9, don't care.

(Pretty much anything- if you can get the KVM to work, and it has a BIOS update, and your time is worthless.)

I did read the thread.. that's why I'm not gonna attempt KVM for now. CentOS 6 EOLs in 2020, so I'll stick with it I suppose

Huh, I just told him that CentOS 6 works while 7 won't... ? Same would happen with Debian 8 / 9, and it does work.
