    @Contraweb thanks for coming back and explaining. I paid with a credit card (invoice #447) and a real email address, and I didn't get any kind of notification about a refund. If you can refund to my card that would be great--wire payment would be overkill.

    I just refunded your invoice through our payment gateway. I think u will receive it monday.

    @Contraweb, my ticket is 202480. My invoice #441, paid with PayPal

    I got no refund. I opened ticket for refund but have not even receive a copy to my email.

    Are you going to refund me?

    Hey Yura, i responded to your ticket 8 hours ago.

    That u didn't receive a copy to your e-mail is possible, our e-mail server whas down earlier today.

    I understand if people don't trust me anymore, i didn't come back to this forum to ask people to trust me again. I came back to make it right with people that actually bought a service from me.

    Well the very fact that you came back, explained and are now trying to make things good marks you as better in my eyes than @QuadHost ... who has never responded to tickets in a timely manner, especially about the extended outages. If communication is bad, I prefer to leave the service idling as I can't depend on it.
