URPad sold?

http://rootleveltech.com/hosting/
"Root Level Technology, LLC. is currently acquiring hosting companies and/or their portfolios. If you are interested in more information please contact us via the contact page."

Oh.. Is it true Urpad?
Or maybe it's because the Paypal data changed?
I doubt it.
@Manndude @FTNChris
I forgot to add this:
Chris is from Michigan, the address is Texas on that invoice dated yesterday. Also RootLevel is based in Texas. Looks like a sale to me!
Which reminds me, the guy who used to own urpad posted an offer recently. I thought Brian was out of the hosting game or something and that was why he sold it?

Should have at least informed existing customers.
At least we all know how to read....
Is @FTNChris's last name miller?
Yes

Congrats You found @FTNCHRIS
Doesnt mean anything, he can still staffed haha. He lives in Michigan.
It also doesn't explain the parent company change from FTNHosting to Root Level Technologies, and the fact that URPad has stopped using 2CO and started accepting direct PayPal payments, when the company has always been using 2Checkout.
Well since I can't find a Root Level Technology at that address it makes it harder to believe that your story is true.
@Mun, do you see the business that is on top of the PayPal checkout or are you just oblivious?
I do, but then again things in these LET markets are rather odd.
Mind telling us your connection to CC? No, you won't is the answer. The simple fact is there is tons of meshes, co-ops, partners etc.
lol.
Just a client and a friend is the answer. Now get off my nuts.
Look who is in a hissy fit.
Some Eric Sengbusch owns rootleveltech.com, see http://www.linkedin.com/in/ericsengbusch, which is also listed at that address. Maybe URPad did get sold and they didn't change the name?
Who is having a hissy fit? Not I. You probably like being down there ;-)
Anyway, I posted logical information that points to one thing. Guess we will have to wait for the king himself to answer.
@Mpkossen has the idea, maybe you should follow in his footsteps.
OR they could have started to work together? I mean we can throw all sorts of things out there, but like I stated about chris there is a lot of meshing in LEB enviornment.
So until an actual factual source comes along it is all hear say. (which is what urpads main rival wants)
+1 Reasonable question to ask.
@Mun,
Just to throw a little more FACT at you. This is on the bottom an URPad invoice.
Thank you,

Served.
What do we know about Root Level Tech, LLC? Aside from the fact that they're from Texas and that their website looks 'clean'.
Edit-
Looks like Chris ninja'd me, partially.
