Well then.. the server has been down since the 29th March (two days, now 31st) ticket raised and no response once again.

I guess it's just a simple misunderstanding. The GoodHosting clients mistakenly believe VPS is for "virtual private server" while, in fact, GoodHosting takes it to mean "virtual product support" or even "virtual presence scam".

Indeed. I gave them a chance and have had a VPS down for over a week. As nice as the guy seems, this is taking the piss. I put a ticket in over a week ago, no reply. For all the time the servers are down, the average grandmother could claim to provide the same level of hosting services, i.e. zero.
Wrote off my 10 bucks and deleted them from my 'active server' shortlist.
