raindog308 there is difference between employee and 1099 ind contractor. Many on here say they worked for so and so. Actually they were ind contractor. Those can have tight nda's between parties. Jon is underage but the nda would be with the illinois corp. Run on paper by lance.so to the person who said jon cant sign nda. Doesnt apply here. The company can have nda w contractor. People need to understand employment status better

    Allo Jon.

  • @nekki no I am not jon. Ive been an ind contractor for years in tn and nc. I know when i am an employee and when im a ind contractor. Seems many here dont know difference. But if you are us citizen an make over 600 as ind contractor you will learn difference at tax time

  • LeeLee Veteran

You are someone connected to GVH.

  • Actually somewhat common @Licensecart, I work techsupport for a hosting (shared/vps/dedicated) company and answer sales & billing tickets when we run out of support tickets

That's exactly what Jon would say.

I've flagged you anyhow due to your weird posting behaviour, we'll see what the mods think.

Why did you delete all but one of your posts from yesterday?

  • Because you seemed pissed at me

  • PwnerPwner Member

I nominate @Nekki for re-instatement as Moderator so he can verify @NewAroundHere's honesty and possibly stop Jon's ban evasion from LET.

  • But my post today is correct. True contractors know a tight nda is possible and different than employee status

Not at all, you all of a sudden join just to comment on GVH issues. You think that wont appear odd to ppl.

Stop trying to have us for cunts.

Post from yesterday that I quoted in reply and therefore managed to save:

@NewAroundHere said: So much intrigue to earn $15 yr or less per client. Its a seriously insane soap opera. I'm sure all of you will be arguing over the next company too. Seems to never end.

Unless you've had a stroke in the last 24 hours, how do you explain the fact you're suddenly typing like you've no English skills?

I did a lot of typos after my wisdom teeth have been removed. It's the pain and the analgesics.

  • I do some of my best typing on mobile and tablet with the built in spell check. Just saying

Thanks for the humour :) Tping on kindle what's that? Typing on a kindle? Oh I see it would be a bit weird putting toilet paper on a kindle when replying to a forum.

  • Fair enough, our ticketing system updates automaticly;

Based on what queue the mail is send from

If he's using toilet paper on his kindle, it would explain the sh*t he's typing to us.

You can reach our legal department via this address:
    200 W North St PO Box 972
    Normal, Illinois, 61761
    United States
Due to legal concerns we will not be communicating any further with you.
    Kind Regards,
    Jon Nguyen - GreenValueHost Management
    Green Value Hosting, Inc.

I'm going to go talk to my in house early next week and see what can be done seeing as we're in different jurisdictions. If anyone is willing to PM me the phone number of Jon, that would be very helpful. I doubt his VoIP phone is going to be answered.

Do you have the data etc?

Gunter said: It looks like GreenValueHost transitioned to Mandrill is at their hourly sending limit. I can't get a password reset email.

Did they just move to it or something. My score is 98.2% overall and the limit height per hour seems always be usually twice the monthly.

    Probably just moved it.

HC_Ro said: Do you have the data etc?

    Yes, I lost data.

Their ToS states that I agree not to indemnify them for data loss. Luckily that clause isn't valid under United States law.

  • @Gunter said:
    yes, I lost data

And that would be 100% your own fault for not having backups.
