    If you have a NDA I would tear it up. 1) Not in the US 2) A kid thats not even allowed to buy a pack of smokes et is not going to do anything.

    That's your choice but in the US, it's completely illegal for a company to prohibit you from discussing your compensation. You can't give up that right in an employment agreement or NDA, even if you want to.

  • @raindog308 there is difference between employee and 1099 ind contractor. Many on here say they worked for so and so. Actually they were ind contractor. Those can have tight nda's between parties. Jon is underage but the nda would be with the illinois corp. Run on paper by lance.so to the person who said jon cant sign nda. Doesnt apply here. The company can have nda w contractor. People need to understand employment status better

    Breach happened, data was leaked, it was not @Jack , GVH had restored from a possibly compromised backup and actually reduced security in response to this.

    Jon was banned from here anyway because he simply cannot tell the truth.

    1. Because they're in a shitstorm and they all need to pull their weight
    2. Because Jon was too lazy to change WHMCS accounts because there is a landslide of refund tickets coming in.
