Which subnet?
this is last reply which i got from billing department after that there is no more response on ticket any one who oen dedicated server got any reponse from them?
At the moment, you do not need to pay any invoices for the servers in Ukraine.
Our technical team is currently working on restoring access to the affected infrastructure. We are making every reasonable effort to restore access as soon as technically possible.
At this stage, however, we are unable to provide a confirmed recovery timeframe or guarantee the recoverability of the data.
We will provide further information as soon as it becomes available.

Best regards,

Yes, I also have 9 dedicated servers with VSYS, and all of them are still offline.
Does anyone here have direct contact with someone from the VSYS team who can provide a realistic update or estimated recovery timeframe?
At this point, I mainly need to understand whether we should continue waiting for the servers to be restored, rely on backups if available, or start rebuilding everything from scratch on new servers.
Any reliable information from VSYS staff or someone in direct contact with them would be greatly appreciated.

My dedicated server still down
Do we know the locations of the other datacenters? Incl. ITLDC and the other affected providers.
They said the dedicated servers would take a few more days.
Not exactly. They stated that there is no estimated timeline for the dedicated servers; they need to find a new data center and then migrate the servers in batches. However, a data center has not yet been secured, so the process could take weeks or even months. For now, the hope is simply that they can quickly find a way to allow users to copy their data out first.
Don't hold out hope that your dedicated server will be back online in a few days; the timeline for restoration is likely a matter of weeks. For now, your only hope is that they find a way for you to copy your data off the server as soon as possible. That is the harsh reality.
I signed up for it last week for a month, but I don't have any clients. I think I should start looking for another one. What do you recommend? A dedicated server to start out with?
Ubuntu 18.04 RAM 32 GB Unidad del sistema I SSD de 250 GB Ancho de banda Ilimitado a 1 Gbps (incluido)
Did you join a few hours ago just to spread FUD? The services are slowly getting back online, often in other countries. Also other providers in that DC. This is better SLA than you might expect, especially from a provider in a country you knew has an ongoing war.
Hi everyone,
Thank you for sharing information with each other and for your patience.
We've posted an official update on what happened after the Russian missile strikes on our Ukraine data centers, what has already been restored, and what's still in progress: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/221478/vsys-host-ua-data-centers-what-happened-and-where-recovery-stands/
We'll keep that thread updated.
So I paid for a month for nothing 😡😵😫
No, you are just a piece of shit customer, that can't understand force major situations,
and that a provider in an active military conflict cannot provide 100% uptime.
Don't go making baseless accusations; what part of what I said about the dedicated servers isn't true? While it's true that VPS services are being restored, their own updates regarding dedicated servers state that a new data center needs to be found—and, in fact, the dedicated servers at one of their data centers were flooded. Furthermore, their announcements indicate that they haven't yet secured a data center for the transfer, and even after finding one, the servers would still need to be moved in batches. ITLDC has already issued a notice stating that it will take weeks for dedicated servers to come back online. You shouldn't give people false hope. Right now, the only real hope is that VSYS can find a way for you to copy your data.
Your data, not mine. Didn't you just say you paid for 1 month for nothing? But I'm very sure they will provide pro-rated refund for any services that were impacted. I obviously don't speak for them, but the way I know Ukrainian hosts, they will do their best to keep their reputation even after situations like this.
This happened to Alexhost before, I was always on their side, they resolved it as quick is possible. I have nothing to do with ITLDC or VSYS, but I'm sure as fuck they will not leave customers in the dark. Because when your niche is DMCA, you will do everything to keep your reputation and base. Otherwise I don't see a reason to host anything in Ukraine at this time. And I say this as half Ukrainian.
Let’s be clear: was I the one who said a month’s fee was paid for nothing? For customers anxiously waiting for their dedicated servers to come back online, the priority is data recovery and business continuity—not hearing you claim that service will be restored immediately. You need to make customers realize that getting a dedicated server back up and running isn't a matter of just a few days; if the wait drags on for weeks, what business could possibly survive? A pragmatic approach is the right one: the immediate priority is to back up the data and keep operations running.
As for the refund you mentioned—if you were to ask the customers, is money really what they care about? What they actually care about is their data and getting their business operations back up and running as quickly as possible.
We understand the frustration. You won't be charged for the period your service has been unavailable due to the incident, and billing will be adjusted accordingly. If you have any questions about your account, please open a ticket and our team will help.
Thank you for your support and understanding
A small clarification: the servers at the second facility weren't flooded. The hardware is physically intact, but some of it shows signs of water exposure, which is why each server will be inspected before being powered on. The rest is accurate: we haven't secured a facility for the dedicated fleet yet, and servers will be restored progressively once we do. In parallel, we're working on a way for customers to copy their data before full restoration.
We really are doing everything we can, and the whole team is putting a huge amount of effort into bringing every service back. We'll keep sharing updates here as things progress.
Both you and @psdg joined today just to say shit about VSYS.
I don't have anything with them, and I even was on the side of one customer who got
suspended without actual reason. So I'm at least neutral here. But both of you joining LET
today and bashing a provider who's DC was physically attacked by Russian terrorists...
What else they can do? Host a Starlink backup on the moon for you for 100$/m? Cmon.
Sorry your start with us turned out like this. If you're just starting out without clients yet, a VPS is often enough, and you can move to a dedicated server when you need more resources. Open a ticket with what you're planning to run, and our team will suggest a suitable option in one of our locations outside Ukraine.
All dedicated servers from our Kyiv data centers are still down, as they need to be relocated or inspected before they can be brought back online. We're contacting affected customers individually with the status of their specific server.
The response you received is still accurate: there's no confirmed timeframe for dedicated servers yet, and you don't need to pay invoices for your servers in Ukraine. We're sending individual updates to dedicated customers with the status of their specific server. If you haven't received yours yet, please reply to your ticket, and we'll follow up.
Understood. Please share your ticket number here or reply in your ticket, and we'll make sure you get an update on the status of all five servers.
