    Hello,

    At the moment, you do not need to pay any invoices for the servers in Ukraine.

    Our technical team is currently working on restoring access to the affected infrastructure. We are making every reasonable effort to restore access as soon as technically possible.

    At this stage, however, we are unable to provide a confirmed recovery timeframe or guarantee the recoverability of the data.

    We will provide further information as soon as it becomes available.

    Yes, I also have 9 dedicated servers with VSYS, and all of them are still offline.

    Does anyone here have direct contact with someone from the VSYS team who can provide a realistic update or estimated recovery timeframe?

    At this point, I mainly need to understand whether we should continue waiting for the servers to be restored, rely on backups if available, or start rebuilding everything from scratch on new servers.

    Any reliable information from VSYS staff or someone in direct contact with them would be greatly appreciated.

    As of September 25, the majority of affected virtual services are already running in the new facility. We are not disclosing its location.

    Do we know the locations of the other datacenters? Incl. ITLDC and the other affected providers.

    They said the dedicated servers would take a few more days.

    Not exactly. They stated that there is no estimated timeline for the dedicated servers; they need to find a new data center and then migrate the servers in batches. However, a data center has not yet been secured, so the process could take weeks or even months. For now, the hope is simply that they can quickly find a way to allow users to copy their data out first.

    Don't hold out hope that your dedicated server will be back online in a few days; the timeline for restoration is likely a matter of weeks. For now, your only hope is that they find a way for you to copy your data off the server as soon as possible. That is the harsh reality.

    I signed up for it last week for a month, but I don't have any clients. I think I should start looking for another one. What do you recommend? A dedicated server to start out with?

    Did you join a few hours ago just to spread FUD? The services are slowly getting back online, often in other countries. Also other providers in that DC. This is better SLA than you might expect, especially from a provider in a country you knew has an ongoing war.
