Apart from LowEndTalk and the VSYS review, no one is talking about VSYS. I checked WebHostingTalk, Reddit, AIN, dev.ua, Finance.ua, Hromadske, Focus, Bukvy, United24, and the news reports from the 23rd and 24th. The WebHostingTalk threads about VSYS are old ads from 2020–2022. No Ukrainian articles mention the brand.
What’s new is the data center chart—VSYS isn’t listed.
Bukvy, on the 23rd at 7:06 p.m., repeats the Russian claim: targeted strikes on NewTelco DC Ukraine and United DC. The Ukrainian report states that military use has not been confirmed. United DC is described there as a commercial colocation facility for operators, businesses, and private customers. The same Russian report adds a drone parts warehouse in Kyiv and the Tukans factory in Vyshneve.
Finance.ua reports on the 23rd and 24th: at least six operators were affected. Etherlink reports that its main node is inoperable and is relocating the network’s core, with no set date. Cityhost has had equipment destroyed. The MiroHost data center is described as largely destroyed. Focus adds that Etherlink, at 10:20 a.m. on the 24th, hoped to restore the network that same day by switching to a different site.
Hromadske Radio, on the 24th, quotes telecom expert Oleksandr Hlushchenko: the internet service providers that had gone offline have resumed service. He discusses subscriber lines and notes that data centers only have backups if they had a secondary site.
The list from the forum (ishosting, hyperhost, hostlife, vpshive, xserver, 3v-host) does not appear in any of these articles. As far as I can tell, none of these companies has published the name of its data center.
I'm surprised people still use V-sys in any capacity. Especially after that default judgement on the US lawsuit, its a matter of time the feds get their grip on the owners and they're just going to give up all client data and make a run for it. Seen it way too many times before. $42 million is no joke and is enough to catch the attention of the FBI eventually.
I moved everything out of there months ago. There are honestly better and cheaper alternatives for DMCA proof. Ukraine isn't even offshore technically, its still part of EU and they have admitted to me that they would forward DMCA complaints at their Ukraine location too.

Ukraine isn't part of the EU, it might be in Europe but not in there. It tries but given the circumstances I give Ethiopia a higher chance of joining and that would be ridiculous
