Do you think Njalla is also affected by this, if they are in ukraine?
Their website is down and isitdownrightnow.com says its been down for 22 hours

It is working fine and has nothing to do with Ukraine. But they seem to block downdetector requests. Maybe there was a DDoS or something.

    Thanked by 1Stiffsson
  • Any progress?

  • Does anyone have any new information? Estimated recovery time?

  • My domain from Njal.la is offline also.

  • UPDATE 3 (21:50 EEST):

There is still no estimated time for restoring services at our UA1/UA2 locations.

Emergency and goverment services continue to work on site, but we have not yet received any official updates.

We will share further information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    23/09/2026 (22:22) Operator
At this time, we do not have any information regarding an estimated time for service restoration.

As soon as I find out, I will let you know in this ticket.

Data center staff are working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they have not yet provided any estimated timeline for restoration.
As soon as we have more information, we will let you know right away.

  • We do not yet have physical access to the facilities and therefore cannot retrieve or relocate the equipment.
Our team is in continuous contact with the data center personnel and is closely monitoring the situation. As soon as access becomes possible and we receive verified information about the infrastructure's condition and next recovery steps, we will update you immediately.
We understand how critical this situation is for your operations and will keep you informed as developments occur.

    Bad news :'(

  • Ukraine is unfortunately not the most stable region for hosting at this time.
All major cities get drone attacks on a daily basis.

  • Vsys has canceled some due invoices. Anyone else have this same experience?

    UPDATE 5 (13:15 EEST 24.09.2026):

We have started disaster recovery procedures using our cold storage platform to restore virtual servers from available backups at other EU datacenters. There is still no estimated timeline for repairs to the building’s infrastructure or for restoring services at UA2.IEV.

Dedicated server customers are receiving support tickets with details about replacement servers. We will activate these replacement services throughout today.

Thank you for your support and patience.

Is this related to Vsys? I don't see anything about that in the open ticket: https://vsys.host/serverstatus.php

No. Ironically, I just renewed a dedicated server 30 minutes before they went offline yesterday.

Data centers are used as part of the military infrastructure. They'll go out of chat very quickly.

I remember you, you little piece of .... :)

No. Ironically, I just renewed a dedicated server 30 minutes before they went offline yesterday.

They only canceled those which are due on 22 and 23rd of Sept. Rest which are not due are not canceled.

and look like vsys has lost everything in Ukraine. they are complete silent on status page and no response to tickets since 24th morning...

  • ITLDC just answered to my ticket that they wont be able to restore service in UA and they are moving all services to PL and DE locations. they also told me i cant choose what location they move me to - which i really dont like :(

well, they move to where they have hardware and capacity on.

Is the data safe at least, or the building went kaput?
