  • it's a shame that you're getting personal now and making such blatantly malicious insinuations. let's just leave it at the fact that we simply have different views.

Yeah, you're right, that wasn't okay. I am sorry. I should choose my words more wisely.
If you push it long enough, something will eventually break. Nevertheless, I still like you. That's just not a topic where we can find common ground.

I'll see myself out and try to avoid it in the future. I mean the topic, not you.

Is namecrane better than disroot? I've heard namecrane has frequent issues.

Have had no problems with both their US or NL email locations

Seems they don't accept cryptocurrency either, so I registered with disroot. I'll have to wait up to 48 hours to get the account request approved, though.

That's weird because namecrane does accept crypto. If crypto is broken, then I would contact @Francisco

I remember paying with crypto but just checked and can't see it anymore
@Francisco, namecrane does not accept crypto any more?

ahh I see, crypto payment method only shows up if you make an account and use add funds menu.

Since they are sanctioned now (and if you care about visiting the US again in the future), the unfortunate reality is that people should to be careful about using their services and especially careful about making financial contributions. Doing so can make you ineligible for US visas, ineligible to hold bank accounts in USD (anywhere in the world) and all sorts of other headaches.

Even if the sanction is repealed later, any support while sanctioned is normally still considered a crime.

Just something to be aware of if you feel like supporting A/I right now and if you also later plan to visit the states. If US authorities find out, your vacation or even just a layover in the US can turn into a longer visit.

I don't give a flying fuck about getting a visum to trumpistan or traveling there!

Already sanction that terrorist country! (I hate their "government", not the normal people there!)

As for mail servers: run your own! If you can't my experience with runbox (NO or SE I seem to remember) was really positive; in fact I just recently paid another 3 years in advance (they are really cheap).

Levi wasn't the one who was scared of anime, it was xvps.

@hyperblast said: it turns out that “autistici” is primarily a terrorist organization that also happens to offer various online services, such as email

Lmao what? No it's not. I mean, legally it is according to the US, but they do not even engage in activity that is illegal in the US. You don't need to commit a crime to be designated a terrorist. Their raison d'etra is to provide email services. Some antifa used it and now the US administration wants to blame their email host.

Regarding antifa itself, they're very diverse and include both the thugs wearing all black who smash random people's cars and beat people up for exercising their right to free speech, and actual sane individuals speaking out against fascism and adjacent ideologies and violence.

Maybe refusal to become honeypot/request of data/metadata. That's why cock.li has a canary.
    Yeah, that's the problem.

Nah, it's just the US government virtue signalling against privacy.
