@Hetzner_OL we can't reach you in Singpore via IPv6, looks like because you do not have the return path.
are you able to take a look?
Hi there @onidel - I am very sorry for the late response. I have been out of the office the last few weeks. If you ever think that there is a networking issue on our end, please document it as best as you can and report it to our team using a support ticket on your account. --Katie
I do not have any services with you and prefer not to open an account just for this. I have submitted all the debug details to [email protected] but they rejected to have a look and asked me to open a ticket from my account as well. Ticket #2026040403006453 if it helps.
Let me know if you need any further information from my end.
Hetzner EX131😱😱😱
Any planned promotion for free setup at i5 servers?

If you are not an active customer and you need to reach our support team for some reason, you can also write to [email protected]. If you do that, please clearly state that you are not a customer and do not have an account, so you cannot create a normal support request. Our team will do their best to help you.
My colleague told me that you wrote to our team on April 7. Do you still need assistance with this issue? --Katie
Just got the newsletter for the new ex131
Not really lowend anymore. I miss the old PX line, where you got enterprise hardware for 70 euros.
So the cheapest server with ECC memory and enterprise NVME is now 148 EUR (ex63, FSN and no auction server).
As a general rule of thumb, we don't publish information about future sales -- when they will be and what will be included in them. We only announce sales once they take effect. --Katie
Dear Katie
The new EX131 series is very powerful, but its pricing (starting around €550–€660 per month) puts it out of reach for many customers. Most users who previously chose models like the older EX130 or PX series are looking for more budget-friendly dedicated servers with Xeon CPUs, ECC RAM, and NVMe storage, without needing the latest high-end Granite Rapids performance.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding alternative / entry-level models to the EX lineup (or revive a refreshed PX-style series) that offer:
Intel Xeon CPUs (previous or current scalable generations)
ECC DDR5/4 memory
Multiple NVMe drives
Solid performance at a more accessible price point (ideally under €200/month)
Many small businesses, developers, homelab enthusiasts, and self-hosters simply do not have the budget for a €550+ server, nor do they always need the top-tier core counts and features of the new EX131. More variety in the portfolio would help serve a wider range of customers and workloads.
Hopefully you can forward it for consideration.
It is time to move on my friend. Hetzner doesn't want the budget crowd anymore. Just look at the server auction... An i7-6600 at ~47€/m. The stoneage E3 i am still holding on to in about the same performance range would be even more expensive these days (i am paying ~28€/m and that is after all the price increases over the last couple years).
There also seems to be practically no discount for getting a server located in FI due to lower electricity costs anymore. Its sad but the times where Hetzner used to be like the massive price/performance wonder are very much over.

Why don't they use the correct word? It is price increase once again, not price adjustment...
Do you have a timeline for Ampere restock?
Shame. Shame. Shame.
