A bit off topic question. Is there an official roughly accurate number of the servers Hetzner operates? just curious
I’d like to know whether the newly launched EX63 server is intended to replace the existing EX101 server, or if there will be another new server coming out as well?
I had only good experiences with Hetzner myself, but I don't like their lack of transparency when other people have problems. Used to be the best choice for unmanaged game hosting in Europe if you were lucky enough to pass the KYC lottery. I'm sure they still are but their prices have increased so there are better options out there now.
To be honest you said this to one of the most trusted members of this forum as a whole and then the team did nothing so I doubt it’s worth it.

@bokuyaba -- I apologize for it, but we don't publish roadmaps of future products, services, features and so on.
@OpaqueRegistrant - Could you be more specific about what you mean with, "but I don't like their lack of transparency when other people have problems"? Do you have an example? Otherwise, it is kind of difficult to respond.

New server plans in EU and SIN
In the locations EU and SIN, server plans are no longer distinguished by hardware type, but by hardware generation.
For this change, we are introducing new server lines:
Shared: Cloud Regular Performance (CPX*2 · x86)
Always run on the most recent hardware generations available in a location.
Shared: Cloud Cost-Optimized (CX*3 · x86 / CAX · Arm64)
Based on older hardware generations (formerly CX2 & CPX1). CX server plans can run on either Intel® or AMD, depending on availability.
Dedicated: Cloud General Purpose (CCX · x86)
Always run on the most recent hardware generations available in a location.
Existing servers are not affected by the deprecation of CX2 and CPX1 plans and will continue to work.

Look at all the people who failed the KYC lottery. You won't tell them why they failed. If you don't take customers from China or Africa you never say so. You always just tell them goodbye.
Hi there, We have customers from various places in Africa, and also in China. Country of origin is not the only thing we consider. If we are not sure that an account is real or fake, we err on the side of caution and do not accept the account. This helps us to prevent abuse. --Katie

@lythanhphuc - I believe the free BX10s were removed from new dedicated servers awhile back when we updated the Storage Boxes. Customers with existing BX10s can keep them as long as they remain mounted to their dedicated serve. However, the BX10 is no longer included for free on new orders for dedicated servers. --Katie
I am not sure what your question is here. Yes, we did upgrade our Cloud servers. Someone on reddit did a very nice write-up after comparing the old plans to the new ones. You might find it useful. --Katie
