    Please don't spread misinformation.

    If something like this happened, it's probably because billing had already created the invoice or created it by mistake.

    And in any case, regardless of any problems, we've always refunded everyone.

    Thanks @DeluxHost your team refunded my €28 to my deluxhost wallet. I have ordered W-series with DDOS PLETX and it is good for my projects except that I can't SSH into the PLETX VPS if I'm connected to any VPN. I Can't SSH into the W-series even when I'm connected to deluxhost IP addresses. Even as the PLETX DDOS not allowing SSH when using VPN I prefer it to that BASIC DDOS
