My VPS is showing as suspended in the control panel screen, I haven’t received any email or anything about this??? I am trying to open a ticket but can’t because of two already open tickets.
I am not able to close existing open tickets, the panel takes me to login screen again when I click on close.

I opened a ticket on April 14 because the HDD performance was extremely slow random reads were only around 0.02–0.1 MB/s (roughly 6–30 IOPS) with very high latency, so even simple file access felt sluggish. After sharing benchmarks, support confirmed on April 17 that the performance was below expected and said they would move me to a less loaded node.
That never actually happened.
The performance stayed poor for over two weeks, and the VPS was barely usable the entire time. On April 29 I asked for a refund since the issue hadn’t been resolved, and on May 3 the ticket was simply closed without any fix or response to the refund request.
Support replies were polite, but nothing was really resolved in the end.

Sorry for the experience, we’re aware that some storage nodes have performance issues like the ones you described.
We’re working on a major upgrade, and storage performance will be significantly improved by the end of this month or early June. In the meantime, we’re moving affected VPS to better-performing nodes where possible.
Apologies as well for the lack of follow-up on your previous ticket.

My VPS is stopped and cannot boot.

When I press Boot, the task is cancelled with this error:
"The system failed to respond to the action request. Further attempts are likely to be cancelled until the system is responding normally. Try again in five minutes."
Please check the host node / hypervisor and start the VPS manually.
Do not rebuild the server, please only boot/recover it.
I purchased a VPS from you over two months ago. Tonight, I am unable to log in to my VPS again. I have already reinstalled the system, but the issue persists – I still cannot log in.
This is the second time this has happened. Your service has proven to be unreliable.

Let the countdown till the next incident start cause it's always something every 2 months.
It was back up again for like 10 minutes, now everything is down again.
Still my VPS crashes about every 10 minutes (I/O error on rootfs). After 5 reboots I am worried that the file system will be damaged at some point.
Since the status pages does not mention any more outages, when will the Y-nodes recover as well?
