Please help me to beg this deluxhost team to at least respond to my ticket or tell me way forward for over 3days.

I just tested the W-series VPS too and they are working fine with my SLOWDNS IP ADDRESS.

I tested the storage VPS it is working perfectly with it too.

My old Germany VPS which is offer D series too still working fine.

Only my old F-Series and new 2 T-Series refused to connect to my SLOWDNS IP ADDRESS. I think this connection issue has to do with the different DDOS PROTECTION which the deluxhost is using on different VPS offers.

T&F series are using: BASIC while the W-series & the storage VPS are using: PLETX. Can't this team just respond to my ticket and remove this BASIC DDOS from my T&F series VPS or simply change it to PLETX instead of several days of not responding to tickets?

@DeluxHost if possible please remove the DDOS PROTECTION completely from all my VPS. SLOWDNS V2RAY doesn't care or need all this protection-protection stuffs they will just be blocking or filtering my connection unnecessarily. Even to SSH into the PLETX VPS too with VPN connection is a problem on its own.

I don't know why your team remove the Old days NEOPROTECT which I used to set on my own to what suits my projects conveniently without any issue. For 3 days now my projects had just been down not functioning and I am loosing time, integrity and money on the services I render with all these VPS

I keep purchasing different VPS of your Series just to test out what is wrong when you team refused to respond to my ticket and provide a solution

Guys from Delux, what you're actually saying is that some of your nodes have serious i/o problems and if some of your clients happen to get a vps on these nodes they should ask to be moved to a different one. Seriously? Just don't sell these nodes.

I may not have explained this clearly before, so let me clarify.

These are not nodes that are being sold. They are nodes from older offers that have experienced some storage-related issues. These issues are not continuous, in my opinion they are impactful, but not severe enough to raise major concern. That said, we are working on them daily.

I repeat, the situation is currently under control.

At the same time, we are developing new systems, which need to be properly tested before being deployed, to avoid introducing further issues.

In any case, we have made ourselves available to provide free migrations for anyone experiencing problems.

and this only applies to old offers.

Id like to confirm that i got moved node or servers after a number of tickets, and that its been perfect since

@DeluxHost I have ticket ID #UVE-951710 that has been in "on hold" for more than 1 week. PMd, replied to ticket, but no response. Can anyone look into it?

  • brown2brown2 Member

Is anyone able to comment on the actual download/upload speed (from USA and Europe), general setup and control panel options of the Storage VPS packages?

Does the end user need to choose an OS and then setup the server?

What does everyone do apart from setting a really strong password and install Fail2Ban?

Does anyone have a favorite guide or steps that they always do when they first get a VPS?

Does the Storage VPS package have to be used exclusively for storage or are you free to setup as you please as long as you understand they are primarily focused on storage?

    Thanks

I have been subjected to keep refreshing my mailbox and deluxhost websites for ticket response every minutes for good 3 days. Till now no response, no way forward, no discussion. 3 of my VPS I have with deluxhost just remain idle for good 3 days

I don't think it helps, that you spam here. Just wait till you get a notification maybe, instead of wasting your time on refresh :)

You don't know what I'm going through for my VPS to be off my projects for bad 3 days. My prayer now is God should just make this deluxhost make a solution or just cancel my T-Series and refund my money to their wallet so that I can choose their VPS that is working fine with what I use their VPS for

Hey man, from a more human standpoint, i kinda understand as I remember being worried for my 7$ vps when I had paid but the invoice had expired so I was waiting in the middle but I had to only wait for a few hours-ish. I haven't read the threads in middle to understand but waiting for 3 days is definitely a bit brutal.

@DeluxHost Sir, can you help them out perhaps if they are waiting for so long. Thanks and have a nice day.

I believe the VPS was not provisioned correctly. Disk is only 10GB (and is extremely slow. definitely not NVMe)

    You have three upstreams.
    AS50917, AS197071 and AS49581.
The probability of all three failing at the same time is extremely low.

Can someone help me to plea to this deluxhost team to please cancel the 2 offer T-series I bought 4 days ago and add my €28 USDT back to my deluxhost wallet so that I can use it to purchase one of their other Series VPS that is working good for my projects instead of just keep queueing, queueing and queueing for over bad 4 days while my VPS business just remain down for over bad 4 days on those T-Series?

I told these team my VPS project is simply not compatible with their sudden DDOS PROTECTION: BASIC they used on the T-Series where as my project is very good with their formal DDOS PROTECTION: NEOPROTECT and , the PLETX which still available on their W-series and their storage VPS offers still on going here on this thread.

If this team cannot change my T-Series VPS to use PLETX, it is very simple just cancel the 2 T-Series I just renewed 4 days ago and put the money in deluxhost wallet then I will use the money to purchase any of their VPS Series suiting my projects. Viola!

I have to spend extra cost to purchase their W-SERIES and their storage VPS and both are working fine currently with my projects without the headache the T-Series are doing to my projects.

I will post another W-SERIES I just got yesterday again spending extra cost order number below for the free bonus.

My €28 T-SERIES VPS are just idling @DeluxHost please cancel it and use the money to transfer my VPS TO 2 T-SERIES I don't mind leaving the remaining €8

+1 vCore each would be very much appreciated as bonus.

+1GB RAM would be very much appreciated as bonus.

    Many thanks in advance!

  • Not thrilled. Still no update on my ticket for the slow speed/lack of correct storage amount or regarding the free bonus, of which RAM would be ideal ;)

I believe the VPS was not provisioned correctly. Disk is only 10GB (and is extremely slow. definitely not NVMe)

This seems like a trainwreck. Is anyone happy with theirs?
