At first, use the "invisible" v3 recaptcha (whatever its called) and just store the score returned from recaptcha API in the DB but don't block any posts. Then later, a ban wave can come and ban all the people who frequently have a low score.

If a trusted user is spamming, then a mod can make him 5 posts max per day as a punishment. By implement this, the winning by post numbers giveaways may find a way to continue.

1) He didn't use a bot.
2) He asked @FAT32 if he should stop two weeks ago. In other words, they have been spamming the thread with @FAT32 permission.

3) The ban request came from @Andrews, who have been spamming all @FlorinMarian threads for a long time with rants* and is one of them that provoked Florin into getting banned. And @Andrews is pissed that his rant posts are being moved to the rant section on LES.
