    Server configuration seems good but hosthatch similar to contabo network is very bad

    Greatest offer from hosthatch in years. Not even a 3 year commitment required ! I so regret buying the previous anniversary deal. Shud have gotten this instead.

    Yes, and I'm afraid these deals are not coming back anytime soon either. We have a lot of extra capacity available in some locations. There are no plans to become any ultra-oversold CPU with 15% CPU steal provider (not pointing any fingers) :)

    Yes, you can. Since the limit is two VMs per customer, you will basically be using up that limit.

    Hard to tell where that loss is without an MTR though, could be local within your network.
