    Does old ass plan eligible for the port upgrade though?
    I had quite a few slides from the old days which I notice no longer selling on the website.

    I did this already (#627325) got told by Karen this may not be possible. Would be great if I could (saves me hitting F5 in the browser at the moment!) :smile:

    Gutted, cancelled my lux vps recently as the slabs never seemed to be in stock.. oh well guess its time to play the waiting game again and not cancel next time!

    It got confirmed in a ticket that it's a mistake. Although when I went to check for an upgrade just now, it's available. :smile:

    We wouldn't have a shortcut to getting premier. Premier is a perk of being loyal to us, and us trusting that you're probably a good customer.

    The only shortcut we've discussed is allowing 3mo+ payments auto upgrading to 10G. Karen's fine doing that for all crypto/alipay, but on the fence about allowing paypal people the same.

    Users can ticket and the guys are giving feedback there.

    Sorry, i've been up to my ears in getting ready for a big trip so I've not had a chance to blast an email.

    Most users had already ticketed though.

    you currently not premier, so need keep the services 90days to upgrade to 10Gbps, it doesn't need premier ;)

    if you are premier, it's 10Gbps immediately, don't need wait :D
