Please clarify.
So the service i paid for and which was migrated without notice, is no longer going to have the ability to set a rDNS ?
Secondly, it appears that if I cancel I am not eligible for a refund of the rest of my term ? the dollar amount is negligible, the principle is the point.

need help.paid migration has been in the past few days and has not been online
I moved my site back to Ryzen VPS and I can see a noticeable increase in performance. The website is now snappy and fast. Will continue to monitor and see how it works when simultaneous users visit.
SJCZ003 network was abnormal a few days ago. Existing IP did not working (Gateway not responding)
My VPS works at weekend only. Now I can not access it. Nodename is TYOC039.
My PHXZ004 has been getting good sleep for more than two months, I believe it will sleep until it expires

I commited a migration request from LAX to Tokyo on 70, July, and the ticker number is 935703, invoice number is 1464341, but I closed the ticket by mistake, and then I opened a technical ticket which number is 189341. I want to know when will the migration will done? If it will take a long time, how can I request a refund?
It'll be done on 80, July.
Still locked
That means: not yet.
"It will take time", I don't think rDNS will be high on the feature list so I would assume the answer is yes for next few months.
Yeah, that most likely won't be a problem, @VirMach is a sane guy - open ticket for a partial-refund, mention rDNS being crucial blablablablabla and no option to set it up blablabla and I would assume there won't be any problem (except time
) for a refund.

lol people still putting in migration requests to Tokyo when they said to stop. At this point I doubt there's room for half of them even when the hardware arrives there.
It's back. I'm in NYC but it is broken and will not start.
I am so surprised!!
Buffalo, unlocked but box doesnt work...

I hope they will fix rDNS soon. From my stand point, breaking rDNS does not worth the hardware change.
Is this because you run an outbound mail server or is there some other reason rDNS is so important ?
You haven't been paying attention to the attrition rate of those old servers.
mail server.
I was lucky not to be affected. Still, couldn't they do better, sorting rDNS in advance?
If I can make a suggestion as I run a few mail servers as well. A few years ago I got a small BF mxroute account for $5 a year which I use to relay all outbound mail on port 587. If you can live with 300 outbound emails a hour it is a great deal. All inbound mail still comes directly to my mail servers, just the outbound is relayed. Saved me a ton of problems with delivery issues and I no longer have to worry about things like rDNS or if a provider's IP is on some blacklists.
@VirMach
Hello, Node SJCZ004 has been down for several months, when will it be fixed? If it cannot be repaired, can it be relocated to other areas for free?
Storage VM automatically migrated to Ryzen in Buffalo, everything fine, just IP change.
So it's 50% success for me.
I am so surprised!!
Me too: RYZE.NYC-B011X.VMS
cc @VirMach I dont want to raise a ticket, I think that, as I love to have my MQTT server up, for $7 a year, I can wait a little longer
Ryzen Migrate button to Frankfurt seems to fail consistently for multiple days now. Are the nodes full or down or something else preventing the migration?
Automated migration from Buffalo to LA was great though and went through perfectly.
If that suits you, fine.
Why one can not run his own mail server?
Relax, it was a suggestion.
@FrankZ @VirMach
My MQTT is now working
Thank you!
