Why are you using lowendtalk for your maintenance window, should be sending out emails to all clients cuz nobody checks this thread on a regular basis nor should they have to.
I am 99% sure that customers will go to this thread to comment about the outage. I'm saving them the hassle and notifying this thread aswell.
You've mentioned a downtime of 15 minutes to an hour but my service is offline until now. I've opened a ticket but did not receive any response so far.
When do you expect this to be resolved?
It seems the servers hosted in France are down too now for over 24 hours and there's no communication about that.
New York's still down for almost a week now.

France servers seem to be online, I tried turning mine on earlier today and it's running at the moment.
I paid for the silver plan three days ago still hadn't received the product or a reply to the ticket.
