I was also only getting 5 Mbps downlink over IPv6 yesterday, and now tonight my VPS has lost all IPv6 connectivity. Can’t reach it from externally, and internally, can’t reach out to anything either. Dies at first hop. IPv4 is working great.

My IPv6 speed is really slow compared to IPv4. The support told me that this is OVH's global problem. Is anyone/everyone having the same problem as me?

Take a look at this thread - https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/172544/ovh-ipv6-downlink-rate-limiting

So I should get speed of ~100Mbps, but the Recv speed of IPv6 is only 5Mbps, which is like a DSL line speed. Did OVH imposed a stricter limitation now?

I also got Paris location. @aqua are different plans have different speed limits?

Hi, all plans are set the same across all locations.

Have had too much trouble with PayPal, we are looking for alternatives to help assist with this.

  • Can anyone who purchased the bronze plan post an YABS test result on this thread?

There are 4 locations, so I'm assuming the performance will be different in each. I already posted my yabs on page 2 of the bronze plan, I'm running another yabs now and will update this post with it.

It is working very fast, but IPv6 seems dead (france OVH).
I will open a ticked for traffic anyway.

  • France IPv6 still dead or nearly so. From VPS looking out: 24 hours ago was 100% packet loss. Tonight is still 93% packet loss. From the wider internet looking in: VPS unreachable.

YABS completely skipped IPv6 on its own due to routing issues. When it occasionally gets through, it reports 5Mbps downlink, as reported by others.

YABS completely skipped IPv6 on its own due to routing issues. When it occasionally gets through, it reports 5Mbps downlink, as reported by others.

Ticket with OVH has been opened, will update once I get a response.

Ticket with OVH has been opened, will update once I get a response.

I have no doubt that the IPv6 issue will get sorted, and personally I have no urgency for it.

I would just like to repeat again how pleased I am with the speed of the VPS, and the customer service. Top notch!
