Thank you jsg for the honest review. We will evaluate what needs to be fixed and contact you again when we put something new in place. I feel that for the price customers are paying, these speeds and specs are expected.

For the price I'm paying, it's f*cking fantastic. I'm only wondering if I should have got Silver instead of Bronze. Oh well.

Upgrades are do-able if you’d like. Open a ticket and we’ll get it sorted.

I just got my ticket answered. $43 to upgrade.... Mmmmmmm I'm good lol 😆

Nope, we have seen the bug on a couple of other accounts and found a fix.

Just wanted to say @aqua took care of me and I was able to upgrade my plan to Silver.
It's been great so far. I know some in France have had problems with IPV6 but not me personally.
Let's see how the year goes.

  • Unfortunately, I have the same ipv6 issue in France. I have opened a ticket and support is investigating. I'm in EU-GRA-KVM-02 server btw.

I'm in EU-RBX-KVM-02, so Roubaix and you're in Gravelines most likely. I wonder if it's more related to the IP rather than location. But I really don't know anything about this subject really. I hope you get sorted though.

Make us an offer we can't refuse like the holidays offer. I would definitely bite a 4th vps from you here. This one is a one time discount from what I see on the panel as well. If not, no worries.

Unfortunately that isn’t possible. Pricing is anyway good for a decent SG VPS.

but still respect his decision for not use it..

but dangg that SG offer is very tempting 😘
