VirMach is not really having luck with those Ryzens (we call it cursed tbh - a lot of things that should work - like shipping... goes the wrong way aroud
), so just set your mind at late December/early January 
My understanding is that the DC plugged in the Ryzens Nodes in Seattle early this past week and nobody has been put on these nodes yet. I would guess, and that is all it is, that these nodes have finished final testing, and will be allocated by early this week.
So my prediction is:
"By Tuesday or Wednesday, but it could be earlier, or later."
But if it does not happen by Wednesday, don't open a ticket, just come back here and ask me for another prediction.

Seattle has been plugged in for some time, we were just waiting a few days at a time going back and forth with the datacenter for minor things. I was going to work on this next, there's about 30 other orders stuck right now that I'm pushing through first and then clearing up tickets related to them. Then, I'll be looking at Seattle.
