Please fix CentOS images, I cannon't install them...
I haven't used VPS since I can't use CentOS (half month passed..)

Why you need CentOS? Use Debian. It is better than CentOS.
When I select DVD1 and mount it and reboot machine, it doesn't boot CentOS.
I've tried with F12 (boot menu too) same stuff happening.
The myth about CentOS is over: it works now 100%!

Grund dafür ist die Erweiterung der Festplatten, um die Festplattengeschwindigkeit Ihres vServers zu verbessern.
Genaue Informationen zum Verlauf der Änderungen Werden Ihnen danach mitgeteilt!
at the 25. september from 7-8 p.m. at german timezone there will be a downtime at host5 wehre your vServer is running.
This is because of the HDD upgrade which will be done to improve disk speed in your vServers.
Detailed informations will be sent when possible.

It's a different matter. But the new host6 will arrive today at the Data Center. But I can not guarantee that all vServers will be delivered today!

It is working... It was not possible to upgrade the raid, so I have to mirror the one raid to the other... I will send updates
The control panel is not working yet: when I click on "Hosting-Einstellungen" I get:
"Login to Proxmox Host failed."
Yeah, the servers are still down.
@ComsTownWebIT For customers it's important to stay up 2 date. The upgrade should be finished at 08.00 but now its after 14.00 and my VPS is still down. Please just send your clients an email about whats up and an ETA.

If I could you can definetely trust me as I swear by god: i would tell you any information! But as the server does not tell my anything except "i'm working...", I cant say anything...
Mirroring started at 7.40. If you calculate with 25MB/s, it will last 11 hours. Tell me if I just should stop mirroring and retry at the weekend, or if I should wait until it is finished.

I meant you should write exactly that as email. Something like sorry we do need more time, because we have some problem with raid and first we have to transfer the data. ETA 11 hours (18.40 german time). Just something like that. It saves costumers trust.
Why as email?
1) it looks more serious.
2) Not every costumer reads that thread :P
A notification page on the provider's website also helps. You can refer to this page in the announcement email and you just need to keep this page in updated so everyone can have a look at what is happening.
I do not mind to wait. You can leave it copying data (thats my opinion).
I will do that. But one problem: nearly a quarter of the customers didn't get the mail from yesterday.
All because they use one-time-addresses and dont check them frequently...
Then I would say it is their own problem :P
You tried to give them updates, if they dont read them, it shouldnt be your problem
Uf!!! maybe you can write a message at the web site or customer site...
And a suggestion for next time, the message said from 7-8pm. I understood from 7pm-8pm, not from 7am-8pm...
Maybe next time it will be more clear :-)
