    1. Why?
    2. no reply to ticket.

To see "why" see the auto-generated ticket. To get a reply to your ticket, wait.

Hey guys, if you dollar service didn't make it through initially and got stuck in the queue, I, unfortunately, have to cancel/refund your order. It'll just take too much time to process all of them since it was meant to catch bots and I set the quantity way over (I'd have to spread it across other viable nodes manually.)

Then I'd have to deal with all the bandwidth increase requests and tickets regarding the package not working, really not worth it.

But if you did get it already then you can keep it.

What does it mean, could you please clarify:

    1. if I paid succeed but service gets stuck at pending several days, can I get it?
    2. if I paid succeed but invoice gets cancelled, can I get it?

    I also have this confusion.

If paid, and the invoice is correctly linked to the service, you'll get it. If paid and it didn't register, we may not be able to add it to our system at least for Alipay at this time as they're not really cooperating with us to make this easier.

If you paid, and it's "pending" then you'll definitely get it.

If you paid, and it's "cancelled" you may or may not get it because it may be a case of the invoice decoupling.

It'll work to some degree. A lot of these people are sloppy in how they do things and we have every little action ever logged. We know who went where, how they went there, how many times they loaded each page, how many accounts there are per IP, how many accounts exist that are clearly throwaway accounts and so on.

Don't worry we have up to 12 months to make sure we deal with every single person that broke the terms.

@VirMach Dear, how can you treat your true loyal fans, lovers and consumers as enemies??

Surely I know the bots and script fellas are so annoying, they just rob everything good and resell them to other normal consumers, not gonna lie, as a buyer, who made his alarm clock rings once every 12mins, even in the midnight, hardly had a real sleep for more than a week, i hate them more!

But the thing you mentioned about multi accounts with the same IP, that's just quite regular in some countries and regions. I can even say it's very hard to avoid this kind of situation for my poor college due to the poor IDC. the IDC of my region, they don't give us an exclusive stable IP address for resident use, and the IP address switches every day, automatically. Try imagine a whole college dormitory building, like 100 people share 1 dynamic IP address, and you know what, the most "unfortunately" thing is, nearly a half in this building are your big fans. yeah, I admit i did a lot of work for this result, i have almost recommended @VirMach to every friends of mine who need a personal server, but never thought that could cause a punishment for me and for all my friends in the future.

We all love you, @VirMach nevertheless, just please think about twice and rationally before making a hurtable decision. there are already so many bots out there, but we are still human beings, right. Once you press the nuclear button, the bot v2.0 could probably come back next year, but the ones who get killed by mistake will be dead forever.

    Best regards.

Port 25 blocks should reset every 24 hours in almost all cases.

You need to make a ticket for this bug, just make sure to explain it clearly and we can get it fixed.

@mcgree said: The problem is that VNC can't connect either, I submitted a ticket and they think there is no problem, I don't think a system that won't start for a few days after reinstallation is no problem.

I had this issue too. Didn't have much luck but it worked with the details provided on the WHMCS control panel.

The SolusVM VNC pages for my services are broken (they just redirect back to the home page).

You describe the same problem as I do.

If this is after migration, try turning VNC off and then on, or contact us.

@tuc said: Same here, waiting for more than 10 days with no solution

If you have some other vps then setup your own novnc, connect to their vnc server to set your vps up.

If you didn't interrupt the initial setup or a recent installation, then make a priority ticket and we can help. Note, this isn't an invitation for everyone to make a priority ticket, just you, because it seems in your case it may actually have an issue with the LVM.

I've already verified that the other guy didn't have this issue.

@mcgree said: But because I reinstalled my system, I waited for a long time and still couldn't boot it, so I don't think this is also a paid service.

If the issue is on our end you won't be billed and you seem to be confident it's not due to what you did to the server so if I were you I'd go for it.

OK, then please check my service.

What information do I need to provide.

I closed the flash sale page and stopped buying it now after I realize the policy. But I do not know this before, and I think Virmach will not trace back for multi account on one ip. Otherwise it would only be benificial for other vps providers.
Bots is a problem, but the big problem is how can virmach be stable in both policies and sales, instead of suddenly pointing out a certain rule to say you are violating it, Especially in this lowendtalk instead of official site. I only get to know lowendtalk two or three days before, what if most people don't know?

When aiming at finding out bots, do consider how to make it friendly to real consumers.

In fact, for bots, ips, accounts are a piece of cake.

One of the bothering problem for bots is to log in the email and click the verification link before they make the order.

Also, bots will use a large amount of accounts at the same time, but for human beings, even we have hundreds of accounts, we can only operate on accounts that can be fingered out in 2 seconds at the same time.

Hope this message can help you to find the real bots? @VirMach

Alipay? You'd need a ticket with the transaction ID in text format so we can try to get it applied, or contact Alipay for a refund if it didn't register on our end and you do not want to contact us or wait longer.

You don't need multiple accounts to do that. With smooth website this year I'm sure most OOS within seconds were cause by bots and scripts, most people like me will read specs and decide whether buy or not in about 10 seconds, if you catch on the spot it can be yours. Besides if you send multiple requests too quick you will be banned temporarily, which will lower your chance.

Patience, once move at a time. Don't crush the server soon™.

I can even say it's very hard to avoid this kind of situation for my poor college due to the poor IDC. the IDC of my region, they don't give us an exclusive stable IP address for resident use, and the IP address switches every day, automatically. Try imagine a whole college dormitory building, like 100 people share 1 dynamic IP address, and you know what, the most "unfortunately" thing is, nearly a half in this building are your big fans. yeah, i admit i did a lot of work for this result, i have almost recommended VirMach to every friends of mine who need a personal server, but never thought that could cause a punishment for me and for all my friends in the future.
We all love you, @VirMach nevertheless, just please think about twice and rationally before making a hurtable decision. there are already so many bots out there, but we are still human beings, right.

    Best regards.
    a client and a fan.

@VirMach

Do you have multiple accounts? If so, why?

Of course I have. With two or three accounts for ordering at the same time gave me higher chance to catch it~

Do you realise that what you've stated you're doing is a problem? Only 1 account per person is the rule. Gaming the sales by creating multiple accounts in an attempt to get an advantage over others is exactly what bots do and is actually the problem. Do you see that?

Sorry for this. I have stopped doing like that when I know multi-account policy.

Ban hammer required for Virmach to use. Any spare ones lying round?

I have stopped doing this. Virmach can hire more people to deal with the tickets, imrove the performance of vps, instead of buying hammers, at least reducing one hammer that needed. :# :# :) :D If there are spare ones, donate it to virmach, and let virmach sell it. :p

@VirMach Dear, how can you treat your true loyal fans, lovers and customers as enemies??

Bots can finish tens and humdreds of orders in a quit short time, and they will place orders for most cheap vps. But People doing resembles my way only choose what we want, e.g., one vps each area, to try to place the order, and one successful order is exciting.
