    It's still in the early stages, although we're highly motivated. The problem is that a year has gone by and we're still catching up to everything else on our plate so delays could easily happen. Since we're not also doing thousands of OpenVZ --> KVM conversions this year maybe everything will go more smoothly but that's wishful thinking.

    We're trying to get the beta-test server(s) online around Black Friday, with more servers and an actual launch a month or two later.

    We haven't decided yet, but I'd assume for beta testing they'll be relatively large. I guess it depends on how many people sign up.
