still dont see any good deal from virmach
Nah, stop thinking about that, it wouldn't happen, why should someone care about cheapskates like me? No sub-$10 deals in the past 24 hours at all.
I got this one since it looks balanced enough, though it has only one single cpu core.
Although I bought it, I will still find someone trading crazy deals.

Any more easter eggs?
Has there been any easter eggs? I don't think so.
Just take this deal for example, compare it to their non-flash special deals which you can choose any location, this deal is not "flash" nor attractive, at least for me. Just being honest here.
Nah. Even if I volunteer to design easter eggs for them, all I get is being ignored.

Now it comes, with selected location and traded 250GB bandwidth for 5 more GB HDD.
It is still a bad deal. Remember the special offers are not "flash" and you can buy it any time of the day. And the location is more important, you can choose ANY location rather than Buffalo.
Yeah. But for some people who don't know this, they may buy it and regret.
This all seems very normal for a "for profit" business.
Offer some loss leaders for advertising/hype. (VirMach was at the top of LET for 5 days)
Get most people to buy stuff at price you can make money at, and still leave them thinking they got a "good deal".
Rinse and repeat.
EDIT:
Overall AVE is not bad.
Remember cyber monday is over, so you shouldn't be expecting great deals now. I think they already did it.
Especially in this rush atmosphere, if you don't pay you gonna lose it. I can't do a very precise value assessment so I regret often, I used to got a $50 one and it's late to pay until I find it really pretty good.
Maybe. What a disappointing Cyber Monday.
There are more stuff to be positive. You have more money for food, for example.
I couldn't grab anything.
True. But I didn't grab any VirMach deals either. My biggest regret this BF/CM is built that thing and sacrificed my sleep. There's no one to blame, it is completely voluntary and the outcome is just my exaggerated imagination.
I know no one cares or give a f*ck about what I care, but I am just going to leave a note here. I am going to close all my notifications I have about this, go out to have lunch, and enjoy my life rather than wasting my time here for NOTHING.
Again, don't get me wrong, I just want that interactions, hypes and trolls. Please.
The VirBot deals are meh most of the times and if they're meh they're getable.
The good deals (rare to begin with) were very hard to get at all and I think the sheer volume of buys took down the portal a few times as well (though much better than I think a year or two ago).
I managed to snatch the Easter Egg only because it was LET special so only "locals" got it and I think most of them did the right thing in picking up only one, ensuring there was enough to go around.
I think we need some LET specials for all the egging that we do here. For a lot of us (@FAT32 included), the fun in a @VirMach thread is the banter, search-and-order skills, cheeky remarks and come backs on deals ... it is more in the lead up to the deal than the deal itself (esp. if you know you got it and choose to not buy it!).
I think the recent OpenVZ - KVM conversions have been a strain at VirMach and that has reflected in the overall low volume of billing-portal-dying kind of deals.
Maybe the next real excitement is going to be Easter Egg hunting during Easter (unless there's a few surprises at Christmas).
I didn't get a few deals because of website issues. I didn't even get the custom bastardized order he made for me. : (
A lot of time wasted sitting next to computer.
As @FAT32 mentioned the human interaction was really missing this black friday, but I'm gonna believe that's because of a bad coincidence and the guy(s) handling sales on LET honestly had no time to manage this thread like previous years. I don't think they are intentionally ignoring you or ignoring anyone though
I had fun, but I am easy to entertain.
Yeah, the trolling with easter eggs last year was really insane!
Yeah you can lure a lot of kids that way, more than with candy even.
Glad to see VirMach didnt post any insane deal in my absense. There was one easter egg day yesterday which I grabbed.
