For now, we focus on growing our MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) in order to invest more in the future. We wont stop expanding, I assure you.

Before drama happens, we would like to be the first.
A refund has been sent as there was a customer that:
Demanded us to install a DA skin that hasnt been updated since 2015 IIRC. Once I told him that we would need some time to analyze it first, he responded that many providers are using that skin. Ok, good, I guess, but we take security very seriously as I am sure some people know, so I am not going to install it without inspecting the code just because many other providers are using it. We use the official templates. Those I am sure we can trust;
Apparently, waiting for four days for us to migrate his accounts is too much. Turns out we filled a ticket today with DA as @smtalk can confirm, as we are facing some issues restoring the accounts. Not only that but, this client refused to upload the backups (or just run the cPanel full backup to FTP) because his Internet is slow. In the meantime, he could reply to the tickets BUT, we agreed to do it for him, even tough that makes us allocate more time with the migrations we are doing free of charge;
His tone and demands triggered my Gordon (TM) mood and we refused him any further service.
Allow me to say a few things about us:
We don’t install unknown, outdated stuff because you want. We are more than willing to improve our services but we arent going to risk the security of our servers;
Migrations are done free of charge, but please bear with us as sometimes issues pop up and we need to fix those first. There is also a migrations queue;
Don't yell at us. We are humans and we deserve to be respected;
We arent desperate for sales. We are very, very friendly and go the extra mile for our customers, but any abuse towards our staff isnt tolerated;
Our services are fully featured with MailChannels, LiteSpeed, LSCache, LiteMage, CloudLinux (with very generous limits), Softaculous, Let's Encrypt, SSD Arrays, DDoS Protection and Unmetered Bandwidth. Don’t ask for further discounts on super low prices already;
At last but not least, this was the first incident with an unhappy customer. We cant please everyone but our priority will always be you, the client.
@MikePT just wanted to say this is my first shared hosting purchase in ten+ years, the process was seamless and I'm very happy - just wanted to give credit where credit's due! Thankyou
