My server (came back up a few days ago) is still online despite everything else now being fully down.

Ordered the 8GB OpenVZ w/ 4 cores & 40GB SSD with a Black-Friday deal last month (11/27) and wasn't even able to use it as two nodes were unstable.
Now just found out I wasn't able to login into the SolusVM manager and their WHMCS invoicing system. First thing I did was taking a look here and was quite surprised about the announcement posted by the topic starter.
I tried to get in touch with Matt at his direct e-mail address, as well the e-mail address shown on the paypal invoice however e-mails are dropped instantly. So now it's waiting till the PayPal issue (sellers reply) expires and PayPal makes a decision as I'm still in the 180 day PayPal protection.
It's quite a surprise (as well, strange) as I remember Matt announced another offer within the last week, and now he decided to quit HiFormance.
End of life, I see.

I don't really understand how they get to walk away with the money. I prepaid 3 years so I lost around 30 usd, which is quite a lot of money in eastern Europe. This is very clearly a fraud + now I have to buy a replacement server.
Simple. Would you file a lawsuit for 30?
