Yes but it was a D425 last time.... and want to try some vmware on it. I will see if i can.
I don't think there is anything that stops you ordering it from another ovh site.

Well it's 1+3 max.
All those low price (Kimsufi brand) are restricted to 1+3.
I think they don't want any resseller on those machine.

Yeah I was so happy to grab one. I checked the proc, the disk, and forgot about the memory.
Anyway, It will replace an another kimsufi mks-2g with a little less disk and a N2800 for the same price, so It 's kind of a gain.
I think he copied it from the french site.
Yes
/sub Hope it's FR this time, wouldn't mind snapping one up.
I got the N2800 some time ago when i ordered the smallest kimsufi, yey!

You must be french to order from the french site right? o_O
@yomero
No.
No, you only need to be in a country not covered by another OVH subsidiary.
Got two from French site. ,,, and its not 12 Euros but 9.9 Euros or 12$
The French site nulled the VAT automatically intead of .uk and .ie sites. You can only pay with paypal in the french site for some reason.
Great Tip, Much appreciated.
quite tempting

You can't really say it was better, the only things that were better are disk (and I am happily using mine as a backup server with only about 450 GB free left by now) and RAM (but you don't really need 4GB vs 2GB on an Atom server); now you get less RAM and less disk, but CPU is many times better; and it's in France, which will be a huge bonus for those of us on this side of the planet.
I couldn't get IE or FR to take the stupid VAT off - any ideas?
It was zero in my case and now i am located in Florida. Where are u located?
I wonder where they get those E2180 CPUs. It's a CPU from 2007, not manufactured or sold any more.
Old hardware obviously. OVH recycles the old stuff into their Kimsufis.
Is there any logic in how they choose what CPU you get?
@Bogdacutuu on this special the CPU is supposedly fixed and everyone gets the same (E2180).
It's the regular Kimsufi lineup that are a CPU lottery.
I thought the CPU was supposedly fixed on all Kimsufis
