I think we need to just close this up, anyone who didn't get what they paid for, file a dispute, bar ChrisK & Avante from all LowEnd products and be done with this drama.

FYI, We did build out Dallas first…with servers, routers, switches etc. A few glitches occurred with data transfers from Orlando to Dallas. We have hundreds of servers in our cages, redundancy, etc along with several new providers being hooked up.

If @ChrisK has issued the refund to 2co, and you know it is on the way, it is out of his hands and between you and 2co now.
Doesn't 2co issue an email to confirm the refund and tell you it'll take x days?
Last time I used to buy something via 2co and requested a refund I got email with subject:
"A credit/refund has been issued on the following order: #"
Also states in email:
"Your refund should appear on your credit card/bank statement within the next 7-10 days."
But nevertheless, @ChrisK going in the right direction this time. Slowly but surely building back up...
