Some test at their FR-GRA1 DC: https://www.petabyet.com/result/2015-07-27-69818bb8d75a28eda4788e44fd23b0a3/
Thank you
What about Uptime?
great performance/uptime with VPS-SSD in BHS & GRA.
This should put a lot of bottom feeders out of business. When you can get a great 2GB KVM for under $5/mth with DDOS protection and pure SSD RAID, why go for some one man band/kiddie host.
@ZweiTiger a real benchmark

it's very good
Thank you
Well, I don't have an OVH SSD VPS but I do have an OVH Cloud VPS, if you .need any benchmarks, let me know.
wow.. MrGeneral went all premium... I might have to upgrade.
Mine has been awesome, great performance and uptime for $3.49 - in BHS...I have had it for almost 2 months and no downtime.

Yes, their new VPS are very solid.

I would be interested in a benchmark of their Cloud VPS, please!
Same here please, I was interested in purchasing a cloud one after testing out the ssd vps.
Sure, tell me the benchmark scripts you want me to run and I'll do it gadly :-)
A speedtest à la bench.sh combined with some ioping results and (if you find the time) a geekbench would be nice! Thanks in advance!
BHS (SSD, not Cloud)
What about this location? Europe > Strasbourg (FR)
Sorry, can't help you, don't have lowendaddiction
Wait, are you asking for a download speed test from that location to BHS? Can do:
CPU is fair share?
@Amitz, @sin, there you go:
OVH Cloud VPS
bench.sh script
geekbench script
ioping tests
Thanks a lot! That is in which location?
FR Strasborg IIRC
Do note that it's a different SSD setup, ceph, nvme.

In my experience, SBG is inferior to GRA when it comes to latency with W Europe & North Am. IIRC what Oles said, this datacenter is better for the E European market (Poland etc.)
FYI these VPS-SSD-2016 come with no ipv6 at the moment; when asked about it 3 months ago, OVH replied it is "planned"... no ETA obviously.
However they now allow up to 16 additional geo-located IPv4 (one-time USD3 each)
VPS-SSD-1 bench at GRA1
Definitely a huge improvement over the 2014/15 range.
Is it unmetered?
Regards
Yes, it is.
Thanks man!
Woah -- didn't expect the one-time-fee IPs to come to their basic VPSes. That's awesome.
Geo-IP's as well!
very good ovh vps ssd, cheap and greats network
