  • They may want to remind the techs to set the port speed correctly to avoid a load of tickets.

  • Wrong OS installed and wrong port speed... Submitted a ticket, how long did it take for others to fix this?

They are fast enough to handle the ticket, it usually takes 15-30 mins during normal business hours.

  • is this better than nouptime.com ?

  • So will there be more stock this week?

Not sure these can do 1Gbps? Don't see it in supported link modes on the card.

I'd force it, but uh, not seeing anything 1000baseT.

Were these supposed to have 1Gbps?

Yes, it looks like they have not set the port correctly for several people now. They got it fixed via ticket.

Mine has not yet delivered. I opened a ticket to ask about EST and I got a response in minutes (it will be delivered later today). I did an initial question a couple of days ago and I got response again fast, in less than a quarter of an hour.
I will discover about the quality of their service when I get the server, but for now, their support desk is excellent, if you consider that they probably sold off all of the promotion servers and they are for sure very busy setting up those machines! Very fast responses!
