Or isn't renewing WHMCS to save money. Why have an active WHMCS license if the admin end isn't being used?

This seems very bad. Unauthorised WHMCS, regardless of the reason, is horrific. A ticket created on 21st of Dec with no reply still is beyond a joke, regardless of whether it is a budget provider.
Well, all of my 3 VPSes with them are down too. I am lucky enough to have all backed up data and migrated all to RamNode + Vultr. It's a pity that 2 of them are more than 1 year uptime :-( . Time to migrate I think...
I think the VM's are provided by Colocrossing - so maybe they can assist or take over the customer base @jbiloh
