Got it too, maybe they deliver in batches.
    It is in email, though.

    Interesting SLA:

Changes to the SLA or the new SLA replacing the previous, always come into force for an indefinite period of time, or until the next amendment or replacement, from the date publication on the page "SPECIFY THE RIGHT PAGE URL".

When going to panel after login: Si é verificato un errore sui nostri sistemi,
ci scusiamo per il disagio arrecato.

bah, it is really borked, I received an email pointing to a lot of 404 pages, i think it is still WIP?

  • I just received a voucher too but now control panel raises an error.

Same here, maybe the LET crowd is there in force :P

  • try on a different url/DC

    if you have:

    http://admin.dc1.arubacloud.com/

and it doesn't work, I guess you can try

    http://admin.dc2.arubacloud.com/
    http://admin.dc3.arubacloud.com/

    and so on

  • I'm impressed with the VPS benchmark which was shown by some members here, and also the price offered by aruba. keep them coming, the benchmark statistic :-)

  • Do they charge VAT extra?

Yep, they charge it even for people that aren't from the EU. There is a procedure to ask for removal.

  • MaouniqueMaounique Host Rep, Veteran

Hum, the procedure is for those VAT exempted. From this I understand only those which have other reasons not to pay VAT, I gave them my VAT number, company name, etc, system accepted it, it should be done.

  • The VAT is only exempted if you sign up as a COMPANY and not Individual... as per their ticket reply to me

  • elgselgs Member

Disk performance in UK and DE are a tenth of that in other data centers.

  • And they said If I recharge a topup value of atleast Eur10, my voucher credit of Eur10 will also remain there... even after 10 days of voucher expiration period.

(the voucher I got on mail was valid for 10 days only)

--- Now CZ DC showing best I/O and network results ?? should I sign up ?

  • For those who already have a VPS with Aruba: Do they allow TUN/TAP and VPN?

  • Its VMWare so they can't disable Tun/Tap....

I don't see how can they prevent it.

As for the IO, I dont need it, I need network, and CZ sucks.

So which one looks best ? Italy and france seems to be good in my ping from Asian Servers

It depends on your location as you noted. For me, CZ would have been best, but it is not so, the network is bad around the world.

  • so stability and uptime was Fr or Italy is good ??

  • MaouniqueMaounique Host Rep, Veteran

Italy should be best since it is home turf, but, for me, Italy already is covered aplenty, so, need something else, as I already have FR, DE, SE, NL, UK and ES, besides, of course, RO, CZ looked like a good choice.

  • I have completed registration account recharge, do not know how to buy,
what the connection is. ? ?

I do not know how to finish it, please tell me how to do, paypal has been prepaid, how should I do

@qq7119 - did you try out the suggestions/steps given by @Geekoine in the earlier post? It may help you throughout the registration process I suppose?

Not sure if it's manual or automated. But a couple of minutes after creating my account and top up through Paypal I got an email with subject: Aruba Cloud - Welcome :Create Account Client + Your first order has been validated
That email contained info on how to log onto their control panel where you create VPS.
Maybe it's manual now(due to all orders) so try to wait an hour or so until the business day start in Italy.

  • Whether it needs a minimum of 10 euros to recharge before they can buy? And complete the contract?

  • MaouniqueMaounique Host Rep, Veteran

it needs 10 Eur so you can keep the free credit beyond 10 days. You can recharge 1.5 Eur if you like.

  • Recharge paypal, we need taxes?

  • paypal successful recharge the money, how the refund, I think it is too complicated transactions, but also the need for manual review, and now 24 hours did not pass, there is no reply message and mail
