anyone have the ip subnet of 216.126..?

I have two server, one dell is 216.126.. and another 5150 is 199.191.., the network performance 216.126.. is much worse than 199.191.., I have made many tests within the two servers at the same time, the network speed of dell server is much worse than 5150, especially when wget the files which outside the USA, for example, from 5150 wget linode japan, always 10M/s, but from dell, only 500K/s, I have made many tests, all are same results, it's so strange :(

Ya was it. Did you buy it too?

  • Sure did @martip07 although its "underpowered" i only got rid of it around 2 months ago now. And did absolutey beautiful. Absolutely loved that machine, never had a single issue with it. Only reason i got rid of it was i was needing more disk space, so thought i would go for a 5520, 32g 4x2tb.

Not once had an issue with dacentec for anything

I think I will pick up one of the $20 Opterons when they come back in stock...saw them in stock for an hour or so yesterday and hesitated but you guys talked me into it :) Is there a Debian install in the control panel? I guess I will go with the IP KVM - Customer will install own OS so I can install Debian Jessie myself.

This is a good question, thanks.

Our order delivery SLA is 24 hours after payment (or justification) and that includes nights and weekends. In theory if you order by 11AM saturday, you will have your server by 11AM sunday.

Really happy with dacentec support so far. Gotta complain about the speeds on the 216.126.x.x though, had a server in 192.254 that had better bw.
