I never knew @CVPS_Chris has direct access to that DC in New York? 0_o. Anyways, great to see good news, @Damian!
IPXcore are coloing with NWNX (aka ChicagoVPS) rather than directly with ColoCrossing.
@ibft, we still have direct access and doing it our self
Im just being curious, why didnt you go directly with colocrossing? Any specific reason?
So when are you going to admit ChicagoVPS is really ColoCrossing's secret plan for world domination? :P
@lbft So, is IPXCore now in this building http://www.colocrossing.com/datacenter/newyork/ny1 ?
Mostly because it was brought up after we had agreed to things with Chris. I didn't think it was prudent to progress through negotiations only to tell him nevermind. Additionally, I don't believe that there is much of a price difference.
@Jeffery: that's not the building we're in; their Buffalo datacenter just opened and is not on their website yet.
@Damian -- Not to mention, CVPS_Chris is quite an amazing person, judging by how great he is over at his own comp, and how active he is on LET. I believe, paying slightly more than what you 'could' of achieved potentially with direct-sales, is worth it, knowing that you'll have Chris to call upon for anything that's up ;']!
Hi will the servers get online today?
Not sure now... it's been several hours since I gave the temp root password for updating the IP address on the hardware node, and we haven't heard much from them. Last time Adam pinged him, he said something about resetting the switch we sent; that was about an hour ago.
Does the term, "resetting" the switch sound good? That sounds like a glitch with it
Sounds like changing the IP
looks like we're online now
the 32mbs are online now?
Client area is reporting my IP is still the same as before
... I think it's a tarp!
By online now, I meant that we finally have connectivity to begin changing/updating things
Ignore that for now; you'll receive an email from us with your new IP.
Thanks @Damian for pulling some insane hours and thanks @CVPS_Chris for getting things set up :P
Thanks for working hard man....
thanks @CVPS_Chris you rock!
Thanks guys, we did the easy part ;-) GL to @Damian and Adam. Look forward to having you around.
Im heading to bed, goodnight!
Yeah @Damian and Adam will be missing their bed for a very long time...
i see new ip in solus!!!
If you log in and see your new IP in Solus or WHMCS, then it's active, and you can go and start using it without waiting for the email.
Sounds good, I think I'll be making an order soon.
Two of my boxes already up and running. Thanks for the hard work, @Damian!
I think I will be buying one, Good Job @Damian && @CVPS_Chris.
All back up and going again!

Might need to redo that review
https://www.thriftydevil.com.au/technology/full-review-of-ipxcore-openvz-virtual-private-server
That, and IRC is allowed again.
Where is it located?
My IP is resolving as ColoCrossing, Utah... Traceroutes come from Level 3 in Buffalo though???
I want one right now (love irc) but there's no stock it seems ;p
Good luck all
